There isn’t enough verified information to name a winner between SimplHRM and “Ultimatix HRMS.” SimplHRM publishes features and prices, but the name Ultimatix is not tied here to a clearly identified commercial HRMS product. Confirm which Ultimatix product you mean before comparing vendors or making a purchase decision.
Why this comparison is not yet a like-for-like choice
“Ultimatix” is used ambiguously in available search results, including references to a TCS employee portal and HRMS products. A secondary comparison page makes broad claims about SimplHRM and Ultimatix, but does not establish the identity or authoritative product documentation needed to validate them: Freedom251’s comparison.

TCS’s official pages describe Cognitive HR services, not a product identified as “Ultimatix HRMS.” They do not establish that TCS Cognitive HR is the intended product or that it is available for purchase as commercial HRMS software: TCS Cognitive HR and employee engagement and TCS cloud Cognitive HR automation.
Until the vendor and product are clear, a feature-by-feature table or recommendation would risk comparing unrelated services. If you are evaluating a specific Ultimatix product, use its vendor name and official product URL to verify what it does and how it is sold.

What SimplHRM says it offers
SimplHRM’s website describes a cloud-based HR platform with employee records, attendance, leave, holidays, employee documents, announcements, an admin dashboard, role-based access and birthday reminders. It also lists EWAT, WATI and Twilio as communication providers, while noting that integration availability may depend on plan and configuration. These are vendor descriptions, not independent test results: SimplHRM.
Its feature page additionally describes employee dashboards, monthly attendance views, leave tools, payslip generation with hourly payments, allowances and deductions, employee expense claims, company expense tracking and holiday lists. The page does not establish that every feature is included in every plan: SimplHRM features.

SimplHRM’s published prices and headcount figures
As displayed on SimplHRM’s pricing page, checked on October 8, 2026, the listed amounts and employee bands are:
| Plan | Displayed employee band | Displayed price |
|---|---|---|
| Startup | 0–5 employees | ₹0.00 |
| Advance | 6–20 employees | ₹4,999 per annum |
| Premium | 50 employees | ₹7,999 per annum |
The page does not clarify all plan details in the available information, including the apparent gap between the 6–20 employee band and the Premium listing for 50 employees. Treat these as page-listed figures, not guaranteed current terms. Confirm the price for your exact headcount, plan inclusions, taxes and support directly with SimplHRM before purchase: SimplHRM pricing.

SimplHRM’s FAQ says the software was designed for small and medium-sized companies and gives an employee range of 2–30. That conflicts with the pricing page’s displayed headcount bands, so the FAQ may be stale; do not use it to reconcile or override the pricing-page figures without confirmation: SimplHRM FAQ.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to verify before choosing an HRMS
Once you have identified the intended Ultimatix product, compare both systems against your company’s requirements rather than relying on product names or broad positioning claims. Ask each vendor to confirm the following for your location and expected headcount:
- Payroll and compliance: whether payroll and payslips meet the statutory requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
- Attendance and leave: whether rules, approval paths and exceptions can be configured to match your policies.
- Employee access: what employees and managers can do themselves, and whether mobile access is available for the relevant plan.
- Data and integrations: which integrations are supported on your plan, what data can be exported, and what security controls apply.
- Implementation and support: the setup work required, who administers the system, and what support is included.
- Total cost: the recurring price and any additional charges for your team size, required features, implementation or support.
These questions matter because published feature descriptions alone do not establish plan entitlements, jurisdiction-specific compliance, implementation effort or total cost.
