Sergei Fedorov’s net worth has not been verified in public financial records cited here. Celebrity Net Worth estimates it at $10 million, but that is an estimate—not a figure confirmed by Fedorov or an audited disclosure. His NHL contracts and published career-earnings totals provide context, but they cannot establish his current wealth.
How much is Sergei Fedorov worth?
Celebrity Net Worth lists Fedorov’s net worth as $10 million, but the site says its figures are estimates. No audited statement or first-party disclosure confirming his current assets and debts is available in the sources cited here. The most accurate answer is therefore that his net worth is unknown publicly; $10 million is an attributed estimate, not a confirmed total. Celebrity Net Worth’s estimate was accessed in 2026.
Why salary totals do not prove net worth
Career earnings and net worth measure different things. Salary totals record pay over time; net worth is the value of assets minus liabilities at a particular point. Taxes, spending, investments, debts, and income outside playing contracts can all affect the result, and the sources here do not establish Fedorov’s full financial picture.
Published career-pay figures also conflict. Celebrity Net Worth’s narrative says Fedorov earned $80 million in salary, while its visible table totals $58.3 million. Neither figure is independently confirmed by that page’s conflicting presentation. HockeyZonePlus lists $97,783,399 in NHL career earnings, but its salary-history page could not be directly reviewed for methodology. These are secondary career-earnings figures, not verified net-worth calculations. Celebrity Net Worth; HockeyZonePlus.

What his career record says—and what it does not
Fedorov played 18 NHL seasons, including 13 with Detroit, and later played for Anaheim, Columbus, Washington, and Metallurg Magnitogorsk in Russia’s KHL. With Detroit, he won the Stanley Cup in 1997, 1998, and 2002; he also won the Hart Trophy in 1994 and Selke Trophies in 1994 and 1996. The Hockey Hall of Fame’s 2015 inductee brochure records 483 goals, 696 assists, and 1,179 points at his NHL retirement. Those accomplishments help explain his prominence and marketability as a player, but they do not supply a financial accounting.
Detroit retired his No. 91 on January 12, 2026. NHL.com reported that he ranks fourth in Red Wings goals with 400, seventh in assists with 554, and sixth in points with 954. The Hockey Hall of Fame’s Fedorov profile and the Red Wings’ retirement announcement document his honors and team history.
