The company said it plans to use the funding to develop its AI capabilities and expand go-to-market activity in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Who led Seemplicity’s $50 million Series B?
Sienna Venture Capital led the round. Essentia Venture Capital and existing investors Glilot Capital Partners, NTTVC, and S Capital also participated. Seemplicity announced the financing on August 20, 2025. Seemplicity’s funding announcement is the primary source for the transaction; SecurityWeek’s contemporaneous coverage also reported the round.
What does Seemplicity do?
Founded in 2020 by Yoran Sirkis, Ravid Circus, and Rotem Cohen Gadol, Seemplicity sells enterprise exposure management software. It brings together security findings from third-party tools, helps teams prioritize them, and coordinates remediation work across security, development, and IT operations. In practical terms, the platform is intended to help organizations move from a collection of security alerts to assigned work that teams can address.
How does Seemplicity plan to use the funding?
The company said the capital would accelerate development and deployment of AI capabilities, including agents intended to provide risk insights and actionable guidance. It also said it would expand go-to-market activity, scaling U.S. operations and growing in the U.K. and Europe. These were plans announced alongside the financing, not evidence that the expansion or product development had already been completed.

What growth figures did Seemplicity report?
In its August 2025 announcement, Seemplicity said its annual recurring revenue had increased 800% since its Series A, new-customer acquisition had grown threefold, and the platform processed more than 1.5 billion security findings daily. These are company-reported operating figures; the announcement does not establish that they were independently audited.
What are Seemplicity’s AI agents?
In a later announcement dated October 29, 2025, Seemplicity said four AI agents were generally available. The company described them as supporting different parts of the exposure-management workflow:
- Insights: turns dashboards into prioritized intelligence.
- Remediation: provides contextual, step-by-step remediation guidance.
- Find the Fixer: enriches ownership information and routes tasks to the responsible people.
- Clarity: translates technical findings into readable narratives.
Seemplicity said the agents retain human oversight. Its October release also reported customer results in the first month of deployment of up to a 4x increase in remediation velocity and up to a 95% improvement in exposure resolution. Those are vendor-reported outcomes, and “up to” describes the reported upper bounds rather than a result guaranteed for every customer. The company’s history page lists the agents’ October 2025 introduction and the launch of its conversational exposure-data assistant, Seema, in February 2026; that timeline is company-published, not an independent product assessment.

The round connects investment to a strategy of expanding the platform and applying AI to the work of interpreting, assigning, and resolving security findings. The funding announcement and SecurityWeek’s coverage describe that workflow, while the later agent release adds the vendor’s account of product availability and customer results. They do not provide a comparative product test or independently verified proof of the reported performance improvements.

For organizations evaluating exposure-management software, useful points of comparison include the security tools a platform can draw data from, how it prioritizes findings using business context, how it identifies owners and routes remediation, what guidance or automation it offers, and where human review remains. Any claimed reduction in exposure or remediation time should be assessed against the customer’s own baseline and evidence.
