There is no verified, complete salary ranking for all Scottish Premiership managers in 2024/25. The available season-labelled list from Sporty Salaries gives estimates for eight names, not a confirmed league-wide table; it places Brendan Rodgers first among those entries at £2.5 million in base salary, with a separate £1 million bonus estimate. Treat those figures as reported estimates, not confirmed earnings.
Who was the highest-paid Scottish Premiership manager in 2024/25?
Sporty Salaries’ season-labelled estimate list puts Brendan Rodgers of Celtic at the top of the eight entries it displays. That supports saying he was highest-paid on that partial list, not that he was independently verified as the best-paid manager across all 12 clubs. The source does not expose a complete table or explain its methodology. Sporty Salaries’ 2024–25 estimate page
How much did Brendan Rodgers earn at Celtic?
Sporty Salaries estimated Rodgers’ base salary at £2.5 million and his bonuses at £1 million. These are separate estimates, and the publisher does not establish whether the bonus amount was earned, guaranteed, or contingent. They have not been confirmed by Celtic or Rodgers.
What were Scottish Premiership managers paid?
The same Sporty Salaries list gives the following figures for eight names. They are annual salary estimates as displayed by that publisher; the source does not provide a verified full-season pay calculation for each manager.

| Jim Goodwin | Dundee United | £180,000 | Not stated |
| Stuart Kettlewell | Motherwell | £175,000 | Not stated |
The Liam Fox/Hearts pairing is a warning that the list may not align cleanly with the 2024/25 club roster and manager tenures. The table should not be treated as a complete or season-accurate league ranking without further confirmation.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Do manager salaries count in a club’s wage bill?
Do not confuse a manager’s pay with the player-wage estimates commonly presented as a club or league wage bill. FBref’s 2024–25 Scottish Premiership wages page identifies its figures as squad wages and attributes them to Capology; it is not a managerial salary table. Salary Sport likewise says manager and coaching pay sits outside the squad wage bill shown on its club and league pages. FBref’s 2024–25 Scottish Premiership wages page Salary Sport’s manager page
