No—the SBI Trade Finance Officer (TFO) registration deadline is not today. State Bank of India’s 2026 application window ran from 13 May to 2 June 2026 and has closed. Check SBI’s official Current Openings page for vacancies that are still accepting applications; the TFO form is not an active apply link.
Is SBI TFO registration still open?
No. SBI Advertisement CRPD/SCO/2026-27/05 set the online registration and fee-payment period for Trade Finance Officer posts at MMGS-II from 13 May through 2 June 2026. That deadline has passed. SBI’s official TFO recruitment notice contains the dates and application conditions.
Where to check current SBI vacancies
Use SBI’s Current Openings page to check vacancies that may still be accepting applications and follow the apply link shown for the relevant post. As of 8 October 2026, the checked listing included other vacancies but did not show an active TFO application. Confirm the deadline on the specific vacancy notice before applying; do not use an old TFO form or a third-party link as a substitute for an active SBI application.
SBI’s TFO notice specified online applications through the link on its official careers website and said no other mode would be accepted. It also advised candidates to apply before the closing date to reduce the risk of problems from heavy site traffic or connectivity. For this recruitment, however, the application window has already ended.

Who was eligible for the 2026 TFO recruitment?
The notice set 30 April 2026 as the cut-off date for age and qualifications. It specified an age range of 23–32 years on that date. Candidates also needed to meet the following requirements:
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- An IIBF Forex Operations certificate dated on or before 30 April 2026.
- At least two years of post-qualification experience in trade-finance processing, in a supervisory or official role at a scheduled commercial bank.
CDCS or another certificate in trade finance or international banking was preferred, rather than listed as a mandatory qualification. These are the criteria in the SBI notice; they do not reopen the expired application window.
