The application deadline for SBI’s 1,497 Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) posts was extended from 4 October to 14 October 2024. What was the actual last date to apply?
SBI’s original notice set the online application and fee-payment period from 14 September through 4 October 2024. SBI later extended the deadline to 14 October 2024, according to a contemporaneous report. The extension was for this recruitment cycle only; applications can no longer be submitted. What did the 1,497 vacancies include?

SBI directed candidates to apply online through its careers page. The notice said registration was complete only after the application fee was deposited online by the applicable deadline.
