How much did Saiyaara’s director and lead actors earn for the film? There is no officially confirmed figure for Mohit Suri, Ahaan Panday or Aneet Padda. Published estimates conflict: one report put each actor’s fee at ₹15–20 lakh, while another repeated a ₹3–5 crore general range for new talent at major banners. Neither establishes what the actors’ contracts said.
What are the reported Saiyaara cast fees?
The most specific film-related report on the lead actors’ fees came from India Today on August 4, 2025. Citing unnamed sources, it reported that Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda were paid ₹15–20 lakh each for Saiyaara. The actors and Yash Raj Films (YRF) have not publicly confirmed those amounts.
For Mohit Suri, The Times of India and Financial Express reported an estimated director’s fee of ₹6–8 crore. Neither report provides a contract or official confirmation.
Why do reports give very different figures?
The ₹15–20 lakh figure is a film-specific estimate attributed to unnamed sources. Financial Express, in its July 19, 2025 coverage, said YRF had not confirmed the actors’ fees and repeated a ₹3–5 crore range as a general estimate for debuting talent launched by major banners. That broader industry range is not evidence of either actor’s Saiyaara salary. The outlet suggested Panday might have received somewhat more than Padda, but did not establish individual amounts.

What is confirmed about the film and its later reunion?
YRF’s film page lists Saiyaara as released on July 18, 2025, and identifies Suri as director, Padda as Vaani Batra, a writer, and Panday as Krish Kapoor, a musician. The page does not disclose their compensation.

On April 15, 2026, YRF announced that Suri, producer Akshaye Widhani, Panday and Padda would reunite for an untitled film. The studio announcement gives no pay terms for the new project. It reports that Saiyaara collected ₹338 crore net in India and about ₹580 crore gross worldwide; those are YRF’s published box-office figures, not salary evidence.

India Today’s August 4, 2025 report also said discussions for the leads’ next project involved a ₹35–50 lakh range, again citing unnamed sources. That was a reported negotiation figure, not a confirmed contract. YRF’s 2026 reunion announcement confirms the pair’s return for another film but does not establish the terms they agreed to.
