- $200,000: a stipend for the player.
The charity allocation is not money the player keeps as personal earnings. The PGA of America said that no players had asked to be compensated. The package was described as an allocation and stipend, not as prize money tied to match results.
Did Team Europe players get paid?
No player payment for the contest was taken by Team Europe. Captain Luke Donald said all 12 players he consulted rejected the idea of being paid for the week. He told Sky Sports: “Every one of them was just like ‘we don’t want to get paid – this isn’t a week to get paid’.”

The reported figures concern the official 2025 Ryder Cup package.
