Those dates have passed; candidates checking a later cycle or an individual update should use the latest RSSB notice and their candidate login, rather than rely on the 2024 schedule.
What was the 2024 Female Supervisor DV schedule?
RSSB’s notice, dated 13 November 2024, covered the online detailed application-cum-scrutiny form and DV for selected candidates. Scroll Staff reported that the form window ran from 14 to 20 November 2024, followed by document verification and eligibility checks from 25 to 28 November 2024. The two shift times are reported start times. Candidates needed to follow the date, shift and reporting instructions assigned to them, rather than treat the schedule as a choice of arrival time.
What documents did the report say candidates should bring?
Scroll’s summary of the notice listed the following materials. This is a reported checklist, not a substitute for the instructions attached to a candidate’s roll number or any subsequent amendment.

- Keep track of everything from attendance to test scores

- Two copies of the online detailed application-cum-scrutiny form.
- Self-attested copies of relevant documents and a copy of the deposited fee receipt.
- Documents or certificates relating to education, age, caste, domicile, character, nationality and, where applicable, disability, marriage and sports.
- A no-objection certificate from the competent authority, if the candidate was in service.
- An identity card and two recent passport-size photographs.
Keep the form copies, fee receipt and supporting certificates together in a document folder, and compare each item with the candidate-specific notice before travelling. Scroll Staff’s report of the document checklist.
What did the attendance warning mean?
The notice warned that no separate opportunity would be provided to absent candidates and that failure to appear at the stated date and time could lead to cancellation of provisional selection. Scroll reproduced the notice’s wording: “Apart from this, no separate opportunity will be provided to the absent candidates. If they do not appear on the said date and time, the provisional selection will be cancelled, for which the candidate himself will be responsible.” Candidates affected by a later notice should follow that notice’s instructions rather than assume the 2024 warning determines a newer cycle. How can candidates check whether a newer schedule applies?
- Open the RSSB candidate resources and notices and look for the relevant Supervisor (Woman) recruitment cycle and notice date.
- Match the notice to the recruitment cycle and, where given, the candidate’s roll number or batch. Check for later amendments as well as the original schedule.
- Use the candidate login for any individual schedule or scrutiny-form instructions, and follow the notice tied to that candidate.
- Do not treat the Rajasthan Recruitment Portal’s general recruitment sequence as a substitute for an RSSB order. The portal describes a broad process—shortlisting, document verification, result, recommendations, medical test, police verification and appointment—but those steps do not establish a cycle-specific DV date.
