The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) released the provisional CBT-2 answer key for CEN 03/2024, covering JE, DMS, CMA, CS and MS posts, in April 2025. The original objection tracker closed at 23:55 on April 30, 2025, so candidates can no longer submit suggestions through that window. That deadline concerned the original exam—not the later rescheduled sitting for affected candidates.
What the April 30 deadline covered
The April 2025 notice concerned the CEN 03/2024 CBT-2 questions, responses and provisional keys. Scroll reported that candidates could log in through the RRB website to check or download their key and submit suggestions. That describes the 2025 process; it does not establish that the old login or tracker is still available.
The RRB-indexed notice specified a fee of Rs 50 per question, plus applicable bank service charges. It said valid objections could receive a refund after applicable deductions. The tracker closed April 30, 2025 at 23:55. These were conditions for that historical window, not an active payment or submission option now. RRB notice on viewing CBT-II questions, responses and keys and raising objections. Scroll reported that the board notified 7,951 vacancies for the recruitment. Scroll’s April 28, 2025 report.
Why a separate exam and objection window followed
The April 30 deadline did not apply to every candidate who was scheduled for CBT-2 on April 22. RRB cancelled the second shift after questions from Shift-I were repeated in Shift-II because of a software error. Scroll reproduced the board’s notice: “It has come to the notice of RRB that some questions of shift-1 got repeated in shift-2 of CBT-2 due to some inadvertent errors occurred in the software system. In view of the above, the exam held on 2nd shift of 22.04.2025 is cancelled and the same exam will be rescheduled in near future.” Cancellation notice, as quoted by Scroll.

Later coverage reported that the affected sitting was rescheduled for June 4, 2025, with a separate answer-key objection period ending June 12, 2025. Those dates belong to the rescheduled sitting, not the original April answer-key window. Shiksha’s report on the rescheduled exam and answer-key window.
| Answer-key window | Who it concerned | Reported deadline |
|---|---|---|
| Original CEN 03/2024 CBT-2 window | Candidates in the original sitting; not the cancelled April 22 second shift | April 30, 2025 at 23:55, per the RRB-indexed notice (RRB notice) |
| Rescheduled sitting’s window | Candidates affected by the cancelled April 22 second shift | June 12, 2025, according to later secondary reporting (Shiksha) |
What candidates should check now
Both objection periods described above have passed. If you need to check a result, an individual status, or any current notice, start with the regional RRB website and confirm the recruitment number (CEN) before relying on a date or link. A later JE recruitment is a different cycle: for example, RRB Chandigarh’s CEN 05/2025 page listed a tentative CBT-2 schedule notice dated July 2, 2026. That notice is not an update to CEN 03/2024. The indexed historical answer-key notice provides the fee and deadline, but does not establish whether an old candidate login remains accessible. Do not treat a search result, an old tracker link, or a notice for another CEN as confirmation that submissions are open.
