March 1, 2024 was the initial application deadline reported for Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) Programmer Recruitment 2024—but it was not the last application opportunity. RPSC later reopened applications from June 15 to July 4, 2024, after the department increased the number of posts by more than 50 percent. Applications are not currently open.

What was the RPSC Programmer Recruitment 2024 timeline?

The later RPSC notices show the recruitment proceeded beyond the application stage. The records available here do not establish the definitive final joining or appointment status as of October 8, 2026.

Who was eligible to apply?

The official Rajasthan government employment bulletin reproducing the original advertisement lists BE, BTech or MSc qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communications, or MCA, from a legally established Indian university; a government-recognized equivalent qualification is also mentioned. It additionally specifies working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture. Consult the official bulletin and advertisement for the exact conditions.

Hindustan Times reported an age range of 21–40 and listed MTech or MBA among possible qualifications. Those details should be checked against the full official advertisement and applicable corrigenda, including category-specific age relaxations; a secondary summary is not a substitute for the official rules.
