The announcement described onboard and shore-side family experiences, character events, live concerts and exclusive merchandise. Royal Caribbean’s current Australia page now lists a second season, for 2026–27, so those later sailings should not be mistaken for the original 2025–26 announcement.
What the partnership announcement promised
Royal Caribbean’s 26 March 2024 announcement introduced The Wiggles as a partner for family cruise holidays, with exclusive sailings planned for summer 2025–26. Its proposed experiences included character events and live concerts, along with Wiggly activities onboard and ashore. The partnership also promoted exclusive Royal Caribbean x The Wiggles merchandise.
Kathryn Lock, Royal Caribbean International’s senior marketing director for Australia and New Zealand, said the partnership would bring together “two iconic brands loved and trusted by families across the globe” to enrich the holiday experience. The Wiggles general manager Luke Field called it a “game-changing partnership” with a brand associated with family holidays. Royal Caribbean’s announcement contains both statements.
Keep the 2025–26 announcement separate from the current season
The original announcement concerned planned sailings in summer 2025–26. Royal Caribbean’s current Australia page describes a second season in summer 2026–27 and lists three sailings. Those newer dates are not the dates for the original announcement.

Earlier sailing materials show how a themed cruise may work
An official infographic for one specific sailing—the nine-night South Pacific Splendour cruise from Sydney on 13 March 2026 aboard Anthem of the Seas—listed a Wiggly Friends sail-away party, story time with Wags the Dog, character photo opportunities, a live Wiggly Adventure Show, a dance class with Dorothy the Dinosaur and a Wiggly disco. It named Port Vila and Mystery Island in Vanuatu and Noumea in New Caledonia as ports of call.
That itinerary is an example for that particular 2026 sailing, not a guaranteed schedule for every Wiggly-themed cruise. The infographic also cautioned that individual performers may be substituted. View the sailing infographic.

For a practical comparison, check the specific sailing rather than relying on the general partnership announcement. Confirm the departure port and date, cruise duration and itinerary, ship, scheduled performers, included experiences, and the price and availability of optional add-ons. The current page warns that performers may change, and the available information here does not establish fares or booking status.
For a finance-minded decision, compare the total trip cost rather than just the advertised cruise fare: account for any paid Wiggles experiences you want, and verify what is included on the sailing you are considering. No add-on price is stated on the current partnership page.
