When do I get paid?
An undated Rewarding Excellence Visa Prepaid Card FAQ says awards are deposited on the first and third Friday of each month and notes that some months have a third deposit. Because the FAQ has no date, treat this as a description of its stated schedule, not a guarantee of the current payment calendar. Check your signed-in program account or contact support if a deposit is missing or the schedule appears different.

How do I activate my Visa card?
The undated FAQ describes two activation routes:
- Online: Visit awardcardservices.com/prepaid.
- By phone: Call 1-888-887-6192.
It says to have the 16-digit card number and the first four numerical digits of your SID available. The cardholder selects a PIN during activation. These are the steps in the FAQ; the current activation flow has not been independently confirmed, so contact the program if they do not work.
I forgot my PIN. How do I reset it?
The FAQ says to reset a PIN through the online card account or by calling 1-888-887-6192. If the online option is unavailable or you cannot access the account, use the program support number and ask for current reset instructions.

How can I access my balance, transactions, and statements?
The FAQ describes separate routes for different information. The official Rewarding Excellence Performance Center is identified for balance information, while cardholders can register at the card-service site to view transaction history and statements. The FAQ also lists 1-888-887-6192 for balance and transaction information.
The program’s login page currently requests SID/TID and password, but the public page does not show an individual card balance or confirm a card’s status. Sign in to check account-specific information.

My name is printed incorrectly. How do I get a corrected card?
- Ask your dealership Systems Coordinator to correct the spelling in My Personnel on DealerCONNECT.
- After the personnel record is corrected, contact program support to report the change and request a replacement card.
The undated FAQ says a $10 replacement fee may apply. Verify the current fee and replacement process with support before requesting a card.
How do I change my home address?
Ask your dealership Systems Coordinator to update your address in My Personnel on DealerCONNECT. If a card has already been sent to the wrong address, contact program support about getting a replacement. The undated FAQ says a $10 fee may apply in this situation; confirm the current charge with support.

Is the Rewarding Excellence card a credit card, and where can I use it?
No. It is a program-issued prepaid card, not a conventional revolving credit card. A 2016 program transition notice said the Visa Prepaid Card replaced the program’s earlier MasterCard and could be used wherever Visa debit cards were accepted. That notice is historical, so it does not establish today’s merchant acceptance, card features, or fee terms. Confirm current card terms with the issuer or program before relying on them.
