What Retik Finance says RETIK is
Retik Finance describes RETIK as an Ethereum ERC-20 token with a stated total supply of 1 billion. Its project page names the token contract and presents debit cards, a payment gateway, AI-powered peer-to-peer lending, and a multichain non-custodial wallet as intended parts of its ecosystem. These are descriptions by the project; the page alone does not independently establish that each service is available, operational, or used.

Historical launch and presale vesting details
Retik Finance’s May 28, 2024 claim guide said presale allocations had no unlock at the token generation event, followed by a one-week cliff. It then specified weekly vesting of 5% of the total presale allocation for 20 weeks, beginning May 29, 2024. This is a historical project-published schedule, not a statement about current token availability or market conditions.
The May 30 Access Newswire release said RETIK debuted on May 21, 2024. That release also made price and market-capitalization claims, but those figures are not independently verified here and should not be treated as confirmed market data.

What the audit page does—and does not—say
CertiK’s Retik Finance project page describes an audit of Retik_Finance.sol. When accessed on October 8, 2026, its dashboard showed six findings, all acknowledged and none resolved, with no critical findings shown. It also displayed “Not Verified by CertiK” for the team and “No” for CertiK KYC.
Those are dashboard status entries, not a complete security assessment or a guarantee that funds are safe. An audit is limited in scope, and an acknowledged finding is not the same as a resolved finding. Dashboard information can change; check the page directly for its current status rather than relying on a past reading.
