Who this 2024 admit card was for
The schedule applied to candidates shortlisted from Phase I for the Reserve Bank of India Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) General recruitment, Panel Year 2024. RBI’s September 20, 2024 notice said the Phase II online examination would be held only for candidates shortlisted on the basis of Phase I results.
When was the exam, and what were the shifts?
RBI scheduled Phase II for October 19, 2024. Its notice specified two shifts and said candidates were required to appear in both. The papers were arranged as follows:

RBI said each admit card would show the candidate’s shift time and venue. It also stated that requests to change the examination date, centre, or venue would not be entertained.

When were the admit cards released?
RBI’s September 20 notice said admit-card links and information handouts would be made available shortly; it did not announce that they were already live. A Scroll report dated October 12, 2024 subsequently reported that the cards had been released. The two dates refer to different updates: the official schedule notice and the later reported release.
How could candidates download the 2024 call letter?
The official notice directed candidates to RBI’s website for admit-card links, but the sources available here do not preserve a live 2024 download link or a verified click-by-click download path. The 2024 card should not be assumed to remain accessible. RBI’s call-letter portal carries notices for later panel years; candidates pursuing an active recruitment should use the notice and call-letter link for their own cycle rather than relying on this 2024 announcement.

This was the 2024 Phase II schedule for the General cadre. It should not be confused with DEPR or DSIM recruitment, or with notices for a later panel year. The official notice also specified that separate admit cards were issued for the morning and afternoon shifts.
