The company’s 2023 account
In a June 9, 2023 shareholder filing, Activision Blizzard said it was in active collective bargaining with two CWA local unions representing quality-assurance employees. The company also said the Raven parties reached a tentative agreement on a post-game credits proposal at a bargaining session on April 12, 2023. PC Gamer reported on August 4, 2025 that Raven QA workers ratified their first contract with Microsoft after three years of negotiation. The report described a guaranteed 10% wage increase over two years, an end to crunch time and prolonged mandatory overtime, clearer job descriptions and promotion processes, and additional protections.
