Was QVC’s £5 code valid in May 2026?
That is not established by the available dated evidence. QVC UK’s promotion page and homepage currently show FIVE4U as a £5 first-order offer, but those pages were retrieved on 7 October 2026 and do not confirm the code’s May availability or May terms. QVC’s current promotion terms and its current homepage describe the live offer, not a historical May promotion. Vouchercloud likewise labels its £5 first-order listing as an October 2026 offer, which is not evidence of May validity: Vouchercloud’s QVC listing.
What QVC UK currently says about FIVE4U
Under the current official terms, FIVE4U takes £5 off a first QVC order when merchandise spend is at least £20.01. Postage and packing do not count toward that threshold. The promotion is presented as a QVC-wide first-order offer, rather than a discount limited to one product, but the stated exclusions still apply.
Who can use it
- It is for a first QVC order; existing QVC account holders are ineligible.
- QVC employees are also ineligible.
- The terms allow one code per customer.
Orders and items that are excluded
- Orders containing products with Easy Pay applied do not qualify.
- Orders containing Waitlist, Advanced Order, Buy More Save More, or Auto Delivery items are excluded.
Where and how it can be redeemed
The current terms say the code can be used on QVCUK.com, in the QVC UK app, or through QVC’s contact centre. It cannot be redeemed on QCut or in QVC Outlet or staff stores. QVC must accept the offer, and it cannot be shared or combined with another offer.

What happens if you return an item?
QVC’s current terms say the code is not reinstated after a returned item. If you use FIVE4U and later return something from that order, do not assume you will receive a replacement code.
How to check the offer before placing an order
- Open QVC UK’s promotion details and confirm that FIVE4U and its terms are still displayed.
- Check that you meet the first-order eligibility rules and that your merchandise total reaches £20.01 without counting postage and packing.
- Review the order for excluded payment or item types, then enter FIVE4U at QVCUK.com or in the app, or ask QVC’s contact centre about using it.
- Confirm the £5 reduction appears before completing the purchase. If it does not, do not assume the code has applied; check the terms or contact QVC.
For a May 2026 purchase, a code found now cannot establish what was valid at that time. A dated May promotion or archived terms would be needed to verify a historical claim; the current official pages do not provide that confirmation.
