Short answer: Treat the Quantum AI offer as high risk. Financial regulators in several jurisdictions have issued warnings about firms or promotions using this name, including concerns about lack of authorisation and deceptive advertising. The notices identify different domains, however, and do not prove that every Quantum AI-branded site has the same operator. Do not deposit money or share sensitive information until you have checked the exact website and legal entity with your local regulator.
What regulators have warned about
“Quantum AI” is not established by the reviewed regulator notices as one verifiable company. Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority said it could not determine that Quantum AI was a real company. Notices from other regulators identify different websites and describe jurisdiction-specific concerns, so a warning about one domain should not automatically be treated as proof about every site using the name.

| Regulator and date | What the notice says | Domains named |
|---|---|---|
| UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), first published 14 May 2025; updated 3 March 2026 | The listed firm is unauthorised in the UK and may be targeting people there. The FCA says customers would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection if things go wrong. | quantumai.co; www.quantumai.co.com |
| Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, 17 August 2026 | The authority said it could not determine that Quantum AI was a real company, and that it was not authorised or supervised in Sweden or authorised in its claimed domicile. | quantum-ai.se; cassia-specials.com |
| Québec Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), published 17 April 2026; updated 24 July 2026 | Quantum AI Trading is not registered with the AMF and is not authorised to solicit investors in Québec. | quantum-ai.ca; quantum-ai-trading.com; quantum-ai.io |
| Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, 30 October 2025 | The authority said Quantum AI lacked authorisation to operate as an investment firm in Denmark and reported fake articles and videos featuring well-known Danes. | quantumaiplatform.com |
| Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), 8 May 2024 | The SFC warned of suspected virtual-asset-related fraud. It suspected AI-generated Elon Musk deepfake videos and photos and a “news” site carrying false or misleading promotion, including claims of unusually attractive returns. At the SFC’s request, Hong Kong Police took steps to block relevant websites and remove social media pages; the SFC cautioned that similar domains could reappear. | The notice concerns relevant websites but the reviewed source notes do not specify their domain names. |
| Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), 29 June 2023 | CIRO warned about Quantum AI and GIS Capital impersonation schemes. Callers posing as IIROC employees requested identity documents and financial details; the operation claimed to offer forex, stocks, indices and commodities trading. | Not stated in the notice summary. |
These are regulator warnings and reports, not a court judgment establishing the guilt of a named individual. They also do not establish a single owner behind every domain. The FCA warning is available at the FCA’s Quantum AI warning; Sweden’s notice is at Finansinspektionen’s warning regarding Quantum AI; and the AMF notice is at the AMF’s Quantum AI Trading warning.
The Danish warning is published by the Danish FSA. The Hong Kong SFC’s notice is at the SFC warning list, and CIRO’s investor alert is at CIRO’s alert about GIS Capital and Quantum AI impersonation schemes.

Is Quantum AI legit?
The available evidence is enough to justify avoiding an offer until it is independently verified, but not enough to make a blanket claim about every website carrying the name. The FCA says the firm it lists is unauthorised in the UK; the AMF and Danish regulator report no relevant local authorisation for the versions they identify; Sweden says it could not verify the company and found no Swedish authorisation or supervision. Those findings are specific to the regulator, firm description and domains in each notice.
Regulators have also described deceptive promotion. The Hong Kong SFC suspected the use of deepfakes and misleading “news” material, while Denmark’s FSA reported fake articles and videos featuring well-known Danes. Treat those descriptions as attributed regulator findings or suspicions, not proof that every Quantum AI advertisement or site used the same tactics.

How to check a Quantum AI offer before responding
- Record the exact website and legal entity. A similar name or a different domain may refer to a different operator. Do not assume a regulator notice about one address settles the status of another.
- Check the official register for your jurisdiction. Search the regulator’s register using the legal entity name and confirm that its authorisation covers the service being offered. The FCA advises consumers to use its Firm Checker and to obtain contact details there rather than relying on details supplied by a caller or promoter. Sweden’s and Québec’s warnings also direct readers to official register checks.
- Compare contact details and domain carefully. If the firm, address, phone number or website does not match the regulator’s record, pause. Contact the regulator or firm using a channel independently obtained from the official register.
- Do not send money or sensitive information while status is uncertain. Requests for identity documents, banking details or credit-card information from unsolicited contacts are a serious warning sign. CIRO says its staff will not ask for banking or credit-card details or copies of identity documents.
If you have already been contacted or sent information
If someone contacted you
Do not use links, phone numbers or contact details in an unsolicited message to verify the sender. Independently locate the regulator or named firm’s official contact channel and ask whether the contact is genuine. Be especially cautious if the person claims urgency, promises unusually high returns or asks for identity documents or financial details.

If you sent money or personal information in Canada
CIRO advises affected Canadian investors to promptly contact their bank, local police, provincial securities commission and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. If you are elsewhere, contact your bank or payment provider and the appropriate local authorities or securities regulator; available reporting and recovery routes vary by jurisdiction.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What this review can and cannot establish
The regulator notices support a high-risk assessment of the Quantum AI offers they identify. They do not verify one operator behind all similarly named websites, prove that every such site is connected, or establish the present status of any particular domain beyond the details and dates stated by the relevant regulator. Check current official records before acting, since warnings and domain activity can change.
