The advertised starting price was $105 one-way in economy. The sale applied to selected travel dates between May and December 2024; the published examples below are April 2024 sale fares, not prices available now.

#1 Best Overall
- We honor old planes and give them a second life as mementos.
- Made from actual retired aircraft fuselage "Genuine skin", we hand-stamp each and every PlaneTag from the skin, creating the iconic oval shaped memento that can be found with travelers and aviation fans all around the world.
- It can be used as a keychain, luggage tag, or as a collectible piece.
- Each one is numbered in a limited edition and comes attached to a display card.
- Each PlaneTag bears the color, thickness, and wear and tear from the portion of the fuselage from which it was cut and it is therefore rare to create two identical PlaneTags.
When did the sale end?
The advertised booking window was 72 hours, with a deadline of 9:59 p.m. AWST on 11 April 2024. The sale could end sooner if seats sold out. Because both the booking window and the travel period have passed, these fares cannot be treated as a live Qantas offer.
What was included in the fare?
PerthNow reported that the advertised Qantas fares included checked baggage, complimentary food and beverages, free Wi-Fi on domestic aircraft and seat selection. These inclusions describe the reported 2024 sale; they should not be assumed to apply to another fare or a current booking.
