Ripple’s stablecoin announcement was a separate story
On April 4, 2024, Ripple announced plans for a separate USD-backed stablecoin on the XRP Ledger and Ethereum. That announcement does not establish a relationship with Pushd, support for its presale or participation by Ripple investors. Ripple’s announcement.
Is the Pushd presale still active?
The available sources do not establish whether a Pushd sale is active now, whether tokens can be claimed or withdrawn, or whether a marketplace is operating. Risk allegations reported in 2025
Koinly’s article, updated July 3, 2025, reported allegations about PushD that included purported restrictions on withdrawing tokens and user warnings. These are allegations reported by Koinly, not findings independently confirmed here. Koinly’s PushD article.
The reporting is a reason to investigate carefully, not enough by itself to label the project a scam or to establish what happened on-chain. The available sources do not include primary chain evidence that resolves the allegations.

How to evaluate a Pushd offer before connecting a wallet
- Find the exact contract address through credible official channels. Do not rely on a token name, ticker or search result alone; similarly named tokens can be different assets. OpenSea recommends checking the token name, symbol, exact contract address, creator sources and contract verification, while warning that new tokens with little information may carry higher risk. - Check the deployed contract on its blockchain. Confirm the chain, address and verified code, and whether the address is actually linked from credible project-controlled records. A verified contract is a transparency signal, not proof that an investment is safe or that the project’s claims are true.
- Demand evidence of the product. Look for a functioning marketplace that can be independently accessed and tested, rather than relying on promotional descriptions or launch promises.
- Read sale, claim and withdrawal terms before paying. Confirm what buyers receive, when tokens can be claimed, and whether restrictions or lockups apply. If those terms cannot be found or are unclear, do not treat a presale-stage announcement as a substitute.
- Check whether an audit covers the actual deployed contracts. A general security claim or an audit of different code does not answer whether the contract receiving funds or issuing tokens has been reviewed.
- Use official channels to verify an offer, and never assume a wallet prompt is routine. Binance warns that unofficial presales can be fraudulent and that crypto transactions are irreversible; verify links through official channels before sending funds or signing a transaction. These checks can help identify missing information or obvious mismatches; they cannot guarantee a token’s legitimacy or prevent losses.
