At 20:10 on 11 October 2026, candidates from Thailand’s Progressive Social Security team (ทีมประกันสังคมก้าวหน้า, or PSST) led all seven employer-representative places and six of the seven insured-person places in an unofficial count for the Social Security Board election. The count was still underway, so these were preliminary rankings—not confirmed winners.
What the preliminary count showed
TNN ช่อง16 reported that the Social Security Office’s nationwide count stood at 108,590 votes at the 20:10 checkpoint on 11 October. The election was selecting seven representatives for each of two constituencies—employers and insured persons—for 14 places in total.

| Constituency | Places | Leading candidates at the checkpoint |
|---|---|---|
| Employers | 7 | PSST candidates held all seven leading places. |
| Insured persons | 7 | Six PSST candidates and one independent candidate held the seven leading places. |
These figures describe the reported top-seven rankings, not a certified allocation of seats. TNN said counting had not finished and the rankings could change.
Why the lead was not a final result
The 108,590 figure was the nationwide vote count reported at that checkpoint, not a final total. TNN characterized the returns as unofficial and said counting for both sides remained incomplete. The report did not give equivalent completion percentages for the two constituencies, so the snapshot cannot establish which side was closer to finishing or support a comparison of turnout.
