PNB’s official recruitment record identifies the drive as HRP 2025–26, dates its notice 1 March 2025, and shows that the written test was held on 5 May 2025, followed by candidate and interview updates. The “apply now” headline is stale; this recruitment has moved beyond applications.
What happened to the 350-post PNB SO recruitment?
Punjab National Bank listed the 350 Specialist Officer vacancies under HRP 2025–26. The bank’s recruitment record dates the notice 1 March 2025 and its subsequent updates show the selection process progressing to the written test and later candidate and interview notices. PNB’s recruitment listing and exam-progress notices are the primary references for this cycle.
A copied, nonofficial notification reports that online registration ran from 3 March through 24 March 2025. Those dates should be treated as provisional unless checked against the original PNB advertisement. They are not a current application window.
Is there a different PNB recruitment open now?
PNB’s recruitment page lists later activity, including 30 Specialist Officer posts under HRP 2026–27 and Local Bank Officer recruitment. These are separate notices and must not be confused with the 350-post HRP 2025–26 drive. Check the bank’s current recruitment notices for the status and application link of any newer opening; do not rely on an old 350-post application link.

Where to confirm eligibility and application details
The detailed advertisement is the controlling source for post-wise vacancy allocation, qualifications, age limits, fees and application instructions. The public recruitment record cited here confirms the total of 350 posts and the later stages, but does not establish those detailed requirements. Do not infer eligibility or fees from the headline or a copied summary. For any new cycle, use that cycle’s official advertisement and application link.

PNB warns applicants that it does not request money for interview, selection or appointment, stating: “THE BANK DOES NOT CALL FOR ANY AMOUNT/FEE FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.” Do not pay anyone who claims a fee can secure an interview, selection or appointment. Refer to PNB’s recruitment warning and report suspicious demands through appropriate official channels.
