Playtika’s 2025 annual report reports the original deal structure and cash paid net of acquired cash through the 2025 financial year, but does not resolve the full earnout outcome for the entire 2025–2027 period. A final realized transaction price therefore cannot be stated from those figures alone.
What games does SuperPlay make?
Playtika’s completion announcement identified Dice Dreams and Domino Dreams as SuperPlay titles and said two additional games were under development at that time. Playtika described Dice Dreams as the third-largest game in the Coin Looter category and Domino Dreams as the number-one game in the Board category. Those rankings are the company’s statements, not independently verified rankings in the cited material.

Why did Playtika want SuperPlay?
Playtika presented the acquisition as a way to diversify its portfolio with established titles, add SuperPlay’s development capabilities, and expand its presence in Coin Looter and Board games. In the original investor presentation, it said the earnout would align additional consideration with revenue growth and Adjusted EBITDA profitability thresholds. These are the acquirer’s stated rationale and deal design, not proof that the acquisition produced the expected growth.
Playtika CFO Craig Abrahams said the acquisition would diversify the portfolio with proven titles, strengthen the company’s competitive position, and drive shareholder value. That statement reflects the company’s view at announcement, rather than an independently established outcome.

Playtika’s 2025 annual report provides a $686.9 million cash-consideration figure net of cash acquired for the 2024 acquisition and describes the contingent earnout structure. It does not establish the full amount ultimately earned across all three performance years. Later company filings would be needed to confirm any subsequent earnout payments and the resulting realized total.
