What Petpooja does
Petpooja describes its product as a cloud-based restaurant POS and management system. Its official materials list billing, inventory and menu management, CRM, reporting, multi-terminal operations and integrations. The company says its product supports food courts and canteens, cafes, fine-dining restaurants, bars and breweries, pizzerias, quick-service restaurants, dessert businesses, chains, bakeries and cloud kitchens. The product goes beyond recording sales: the official overview claims 150+ third-party integrations. Petpooja’s pricing page refers to 80+ reports, while its overview says 100+ downloadable reports. Because the official pages give different report counts, treat the precise total as unconfirmed rather than choosing one figure.
How much does Petpooja cost in 2026?
Petpooja’s official India pricing page offers Core, Growth and Scale plan labels, with monthly and annual billing views. The annual view is described as “Monthly price, billed annually.” The page warns that local pricing may vary by region and currency and directs prospective customers to contact Petpooja for accurate localized rates. It does not provide a complete, readable numeric price table in its public text. Start with the official pricing page and request a written quote rather than treating third-party figures as guaranteed prices.

One secondary account, EasyKOT’s report updated September 25, 2026, says it observed public plan prices of ₹12,000 for Base, ₹20,000 for Growth and ₹30,000 for Scale, before applicable taxes and subject to change. The report also says a signed-in existing-customer Marketplace showed POS renewal at ₹7,500 per year or ₹16,000 for three years, Kitchen Display System at ₹3,000 per year, and Captain Application at ₹4,500 per year, before tax. These are EasyKOT’s dated observations—not a current Petpooja quote—and the Marketplace renewal amounts concern existing customers, not the public new-customer plan prices. Techjockey lists a starting price of ₹10,000 excluding GST. That is a third-party listing figure, not confirmation of Petpooja’s current price or a complete estimate of the cost for a particular restaurant. See Techjockey’s listing.

What is included in Core, Growth and Scale?
The official pricing page uses Core, Growth and Scale labels and describes capabilities such as cloud billing, CRM, unlimited terminals and user rights, central kitchen and multi-terminal billing. Its broader feature comparison also lists inventory and menu management, plus tools including a kitchen display system, captain ordering app, restaurant website, loyalty, token management, feedback and QR features, online ordering website and QR ordering or digital menus.
The public text does not make every plan-to-feature assignment clear. Do not assume a listed tool is included in a particular tier—or that it is included at no extra charge. Ask Petpooja to identify each feature as included, optional or separately priced on your proposed plan, and have the answer reflected in the quote.

What should a restaurant confirm before accepting a quote?
Compare the full cost and operating fit, not just a plan name or headline amount. Ask Petpooja to confirm the following in writing:
- Region, currency, billing term and total payable; clarify whether a displayed monthly amount requires an annual commitment.
- Outlet and terminal count, user limits or rights, and whether central-kitchen or multi-outlet needs affect the price.
- Which modules are included, which are add-ons, and the price and renewal terms for each.
- Taxes, setup, training, hardware, support and integration fees, plus any renewal pricing.
- Whether the integrations you rely on are supported for your account and what configuration or service charges apply.
- Migration scope, including which CRM data can be moved and who performs the work.
- How to export your business data if you later change systems.
For a comparison with another restaurant POS, use the same outlet count, term, taxes, modules, hardware, installation, support and renewal period for both quotes. Also check whether each system fits your online/offline workflow and required aggregator or accounting connections.

Devices and printers
Petpooja’s pricing-page FAQ says the system supports iOS, Windows and Android laptops, computers, tablets and phones. It lists A4, Wi-Fi, LAN, USB, dot-matrix, laser, label and Bluetooth printer types or connections. These are vendor compatibility statements, not an endorsement of a particular make or model. Before buying a POS-compatible printer, confirm the exact device, connection method, paper format and intended use with Petpooja; the same check applies to the restaurant’s phones, tablets and computers. The FAQ also says one POS can manage multiple billing stations and describes help with CRM data migration and aggregator setup, but confirm the scope and support commitment for your account on the pricing page.

Petpooja’s product overview also publishes a customer testimonial from Kiran Shah, Managing Director of Apsara Ice Creams. Shah describes switching from an existing POS as impactful and says the company has more than 100 outlets across India. This is a vendor-published endorsement, not independent review evidence. Read the official overview alongside third-party listings, and assess reviews for businesses similar to yours rather than relying on a single aggregate score.
Is Petpooja a fit for a small restaurant?
The feature range may be relevant to a small restaurant that wants billing alongside inventory, CRM, reporting or ordering tools. Whether it is a sensible purchase depends on the quoted total and which capabilities the restaurant will actually use. A small outlet should ask for a quote scoped to its number of outlets and terminals, identify any necessary add-ons, and compare that total—including setup, hardware, tax and renewal costs—with the value of the workflows it needs.
