The offer is a dated snapshot, not a confirmation of the plan currently available.
What PC Mobile’s $25 launch offer included
MobileSyrup reported on March 5, 2026, that PC Mobile had cut the price of its 25GB 5G plan to $25 per month. The reported allowance comprised 20GB of base data and 5GB of bonus data credited after an automatic payment. Unused bonus data expired after 30 days, according to the report; it was not a permanent increase to the base allowance.
The same launch coverage described unlimited Canada- and U.S.-calling, unlimited Canada-wide texting and international texting. These were the reported launch terms, not a guarantee that the same bundle remains available. MobileSyrup also said its Wayback Machine review showed the plan had previously cost $29, a $4 reduction; that historical comparison is MobileSyrup’s observation. MobileSyrup’s March 5 report.
Does CAN/US include U.S. roaming?
No U.S. data roaming is established by the launch coverage. “CAN/US” described calling: Canada-wide calls and calls to the U.S. PC Mobile’s current homepage likewise describes unlimited calls Canada-wide and to the U.S., while stating that it does not offer international roaming or Wi-Fi calling. Treat U.S. calling and using mobile data while physically in the United States as separate things.

Text descriptions also have limits. PC Mobile’s legal wording excludes roaming, premium messages, and picture or video messages from certain text inclusions. Check the live terms if those exclusions matter to how you use your phone. See PC Mobile’s homepage and plan FAQ.
Is the $25/25GB plan still available?
Do not assume so. PC Mobile’s offers changed after March. iPhone in Canada reported a four-plan lineup that included $25/25GB 5G on April 21, 2026. Its July 30 report described a later lineup of $25/5GB 5G, $30/20GB, and $35/35GB, with temporary bonus data on the higher tiers and prices reported to end August 5. Those are dated snapshots, not current October pricing.

- Base versus bonus data: Confirm how much data is included without meeting a payment condition, how bonus data is credited, and when it expires. Under the reported March offer, the 5GB bonus followed an automatic payment and unused bonus data expired after 30 days.
- Calling versus roaming: Confirm whether calls to the U.S. are included, and separately whether data use in the U.S. is supported. The launch wording supports U.S. calling, not roaming.
- Coverage and speed: PC Mobile says 5G plans may reach download speeds up to 250 Mbps and 4G LTE plans up to 150 Mbps. These are potential maxima, not guaranteed or independently measured results. The company says actual speed and signal vary with the phone, configuration, traffic, environment and network conditions. See PC Mobile’s speed support information.
- Phone compatibility: PC Mobile supports bringing your own device and online eSIM activation; physical SIM cards are available at more than 1,000 locations, and phones are sold through The Mobile Shop. Its device information lists examples of eSIM-compatible families, including iPhone XS or later, Pixel 3 or later, Samsung Galaxy S21 or later with listed exceptions, and certain Motorola models. Confirm that your specific unlocked phone supports the network, plan and eSIM option you intend to use. See PC Mobile locations and device information.
- Rewards conditions: PC Mobile’s rewards page describes a 20,000-point welcome bonus for eligible new customers after two months of service, registration and successful top-ups. It also describes 5% back in points on top-ups, with an additional 5% for Auto Top-Up using an eligible PC Financial payment method; the extra portion may arrive later. The page’s legal section says it is current as of October 2024, so verify the offer and eligibility before including points in your budget. See PC Mobile PC Optimum Rewards terms.
For a fair comparison, check competing plans on the same date and compare monthly price, unconditional data, bonus-data conditions and expiry, network access, calling destinations, text exclusions, rewards eligibility and coverage where you live or travel. March competitor prices are not a reliable current-market comparison.
