Verdict: Pari FX Trade should not be treated as a safe or legitimate forex broker. Cyprus’s securities regulator, CySEC, lists parifxtrade.com as an unauthorized website and says it does not belong to a CySEC-authorized investment firm. The domain also remains on CySEC’s current non-approved-domains list.
There are signs of possible license cloning: older promotional material reportedly displayed Cyprus license number 199/13, but CySEC’s register assigns that number to another company, Viverno Markets Ltd, and marks the authorization withdrawn. That evidence supports calling Pari FX Trade unauthorized and high risk. It does not, by itself, establish a criminal court finding that every person associated with the brand committed fraud.
Is Pari FX Trade a legitimate broker?
No reliable evidence reviewed verifies Pari FX Trade as a currently authorized forex broker. The most important finding comes from CySEC, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
In a warning dated July 5, 2019, CySEC identified parifxtrade.com among websites that did not belong to entities authorized to provide investment services or conduct investment activities under Cyprus law. CySEC’s current list of non-approved domains still includes the same domain, with a July 4, 2019 date.

A warning several years old should not be ignored simply because it is not recent. The domain has not been converted into an authorized broker by the passage of time. Unless a regulator later confirms authorization, the warning remains a material reason not to deposit money.
CySEC’s warning can be checked through its official warning document and its non-approved-domains list.
The license number 199/13 does not verify Pari FX Trade
One of the clearest red flags is the reported use of Cyprus license number 199/13 in older Pari FX Trade material. A license number is only meaningful when it matches the exact legal entity, domain, and contact details shown in the regulator’s register.
CySEC’s official records identify license 199/13 as belonging to Viverno Markets Ltd, a company formerly associated with BDSwiss entities. The register marks that license as withdrawn. It does not identify Pari FX Trade as the holder.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

That is separate from Pari FX Trade, but it further confirms that license 199/13 cannot be used as proof that Pari FX Trade is regulated.
This pattern is commonly described as a license-cloning indicator: an unauthorized website displays the details of a real or formerly authorized firm to appear credible. The available evidence does not justify making a criminal accusation, but it does justify refusing to rely on the displayed license.

What company operates Pari FX Trade?
Third-party broker databases have associated the brand with Pari Fx Trade LLC and Seychelles. The email address [email protected] has also been reported. However, these details are not confirmed by a currently functioning Pari FX Trade website or by a current mainstream regulator record.
Older broker-review material also linked the brand with names including Pari Fx Trade Holding Limited and EXPERT Markets. Those historical connections should be treated as reported claims rather than independently established corporate facts.

That warning becomes relevant only if a firm connection between EXPERT Markets and Pari FX Trade can be proven. The sources reviewed do not independently establish that connection.
The key issue is not whether a company name appears in a corporate database. Company registration is not the same as authorization to provide leveraged forex or CFD services. A broker needs a verifiable financial-services license from the regulator covering the specific activity and legal entity.
Is the Pari FX Trade website still operating?
The website could not be operationally verified during the current check. A direct request to the listed URL returned HTTP 502 Bad Gateway. A broker-review page updated in February 2025 also reported that the site was inactive or unavailable.
A 502 error does not prove that a website has permanently closed. It can result from a server problem, hosting change, or temporary outage. It does mean that current information could not be checked directly.

Because the website was unavailable, the following claims could not be verified as current:
- Minimum deposit
- Account types
- Spreads and commissions
- Leverage
- Available forex pairs, CFDs, or other instruments
- Deposit and withdrawal methods
- Trading-platform download links
- Client agreement and terms
- Company address and support channels
- Whether new accounts can currently be opened
Any review presenting these as current Pari FX Trade terms should identify a dated, independently verifiable source. Old screenshots or review pages are not proof of what the broker offers now.
What trading platform and leverage did Pari FX Trade claim?
Older review material described Pari FX Trade as offering MetaTrader 4 and claimed leverage of up to 400:1. Those are historical claims, not confirmed current features.
The available broker profile reviewed did not provide a verified MT4 or MT5 server, an independently checked execution record, or confirmation of an active platform connection. It is therefore not appropriate to state that Pari FX Trade currently offers MT4, supports MT5, or provides 400:1 leverage.

Even if a broker supplies a familiar platform such as MetaTrader, that does not prove that the broker is regulated or that trades are executed fairly. MetaTrader is software. It is not a financial-services license, compensation scheme, or guarantee that money can be withdrawn.
Does Pari FX Trade provide investor protection?
There is no verified basis for assuming that Pari FX Trade provides the protections associated with a properly regulated investment firm. Depending on the jurisdiction and regulator, those protections can include supervised complaints procedures, compensation arrangements, client-money rules, negative-balance protection, and regulatory reporting.
None of the following should be accepted merely because they appeared in marketing material:
- Segregated client funds
- Negative-balance protection
- Compensation coverage
- Independent dispute resolution
- Audited financial statements
- Licensed payment processing
Before sending money, a trader should verify the exact legal entity and domain in the regulator’s own register. A badge, certificate image, or license number on a broker’s website is not enough.
Common claims about Pari FX Trade that do not hold up
| Claim | What the evidence shows |
|---|---|
| “Pari FX Trade is CySEC-regulated because it shows license 199/13.” | CySEC assigns 199/13 to Viverno Markets Ltd, not Pari FX Trade, and marks it withdrawn. CySEC separately lists parifxtrade.com as unauthorized. |
| “The broker is legitimate because it is registered in Seychelles.” | Corporate registration does not establish a forex license. No current Seychelles forex authorization was verified. |
| “The CySEC warning is too old to matter.” | The domain remains on CySEC’s current non-approved-domains list. |
| “HTTPS or an SSL certificate proves the broker is safe.” | HTTPS encrypts a browser connection. It does not prove authorization, solvency, honest dealing, or withdrawability. |
| “A profitable account dashboard proves the money exists.” | A dashboard balance is not independent evidence of bank custody, segregated funds, or a successful withdrawal. |
| “Pari FX Trade is definitely a criminal scam.” | The verified evidence supports “unauthorized,” “not verifiably regulated,” and “unsafe to use.” A definitive criminal conclusion would require stronger evidence, such as a court finding. |
Are there confirmed Pari FX Trade withdrawal complaints?
The sources reviewed did not provide a reliable, regulator-verified dataset of customer complaints or confirmed withdrawal cases. Available third-party material did not establish that the broker has blocked every withdrawal, stolen every deposit, or defrauded a specific number of customers.
That limitation does not make the broker safe. The CySEC warning and license mismatch are independently serious reasons to avoid depositing funds. It simply means that customer-loss claims should not be exaggerated without identifiable complainants, payment records, court documents, regulator findings, or other primary evidence.
What should you do if you deposited money?
- Stop sending additional funds. Do not pay “tax,” “release,” “verification,” or “recovery” fees to unlock a withdrawal without independently verifying the demand.
- Save evidence. Keep account statements, wallet addresses, bank details, emails, chats, phone numbers, screenshots, platform records, and payment confirmations.
- Contact your payment provider quickly. Ask your bank, card issuer, payment service, or cryptocurrency exchange whether a recall, chargeback, fraud report, or transaction freeze is possible. Results are not guaranteed, and speed matters.
- Report the matter. Contact the relevant financial regulator, local police or cybercrime unit, and the platform used to make the payment.
- Be cautious with recovery firms. People who have already lost money are often targeted by fake recovery agents demanding upfront fees or cryptocurrency.
Do not grant remote desktop access to someone claiming to recover the funds, and do not share banking passwords, one-time codes, or wallet seed phrases.

FAQ
Is Pari FX Trade a scam?
Pari FX Trade is listed by CySEC as an unauthorized website and cannot be verified as a regulated broker. It is more precise to call it an unauthorized, high-risk operation with license-cloning indicators than to state that a criminal court has conclusively found it to be a scam.
Best Value
Is Pari FX Trade regulated by CySEC?
No. CySEC says parifxtrade.com does not belong to a CySEC-authorized investment firm, and the domain remains on the regulator’s non-approved-domains list.
What is CySEC license 199/13?
CySEC’s register assigns license 199/13 to Viverno Markets Ltd, not Pari FX Trade. The register marks that authorization withdrawn, so the number does not verify Pari FX Trade.
Can I withdraw money from Pari FX Trade?
The current withdrawal process could not be verified because the website was unavailable. If you have funds there, stop making further payments, preserve records, and contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and relevant authorities immediately.
Does Pari FX Trade offer MetaTrader 4?
Older review material claimed MT4 access, but no current MT4 or MT5 connection was independently verified. The claim should be treated as historical rather than a current broker feature.

Is a Seychelles company registration enough to trust a forex broker?
No. A company can be registered without being authorized to provide leveraged forex or CFD services. The exact legal entity must be matched to a current financial-services license in the regulator’s own database.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Avoid Pari FX Trade. CySEC lists parifxtrade.com as unauthorized, the displayed license number 199/13 belongs to another company and is marked withdrawn, and the website’s current terms and withdrawal procedures could not be verified. The evidence is sufficient to classify Pari FX Trade as an unauthorized and potentially fraudulent forex operation—not as a regulated broker suitable for deposits.
