“Today” in this rate lookup means Monday, December 1, 2025—the date of National Bank of Pakistan’s Treasury & Capital Markets Group FX Rates Sheet, numbered 227/2025. It is a historical bulletin, not a live October 2026 quote. For USD, the sheet lists ready-transaction TT rates of PKR 280.90 selling and PKR 280.40 buying; its separate cash-note rates are PKR 282.30 selling and PKR 279.28 buying. NBP ready transaction rates for December 1, 2025
The following are the sheet’s ready-transaction TT rates in Pakistani rupees per unit of foreign currency. “Selling” and “buying” are the NBP table directions; they are not interchangeable.

These five entries are from National Bank of Pakistan’s FX Rates Sheet for December 1, 2025. The sheet’s ready transaction table covers 21 currencies in total: USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, JPY, CHF, CAD, AUD, SEK, NOK, DKK, NZD, SGD, HKD, KRW, CNY, MYR, THB, QAR and KWD. USD, EUR and GBP cash-note rates
The sheet lists cash/currency-note rates separately from ready-transaction TT rates. The figures below are PKR per unit of currency, for December 1, 2025.

These are the “Rates for cash/Currency Notes” entries in National Bank of Pakistan’s FX Rates Sheet for December 1, 2025—not the TT rates above. The sheet also lists cash-note rates for JPY, SAR and AED.
Indicative FBP rates by tenor
NBP’s separate “Indicative FBP Rates” table gives values for USD, EUR and GBP from sight/15 days through six months. They are indicative FBP rates, not ready-transaction quotes. Values below are PKR per unit of currency from the December 1, 2025 sheet.

The listed ranges run from the sight/15-day value to the six-month value shown; the official sheet provides the intermediate one- through five-month tenors. Do not treat the endpoints as a substitute for those tenor-specific entries.

This is a distinct conversion category tied to the stated settlement date, not a ready-transaction or cash-note quote.

- Ready transaction: use the “TT Selling” or “TT Buying” column and retain its direction when quoting a figure.
- Cash/currency notes: refer to the separate cash-note table; its values differ from the TT entries.
- Indicative FBP: identify the tenor as well as the currency, because the table varies by term.
- Frozen FCY deposits: retain the category and December 3, 2025 settlement date when referring to a conversion figure.
NBP’s sheet says it captures rates “from sources believed to be reliable.” That statement does not establish that every customer could transact at a listed rate. The document also identifies itself as a computer-generated rate sheet that does not require a signature. These dated entries do not establish a current market rate, an individual customer quote or transaction fees.
