Ozak AI’s 2025 Presale Announcement Claimed $600,000 Raised and Stage 2 Sold Out

A January 2025 company-submitted announcement claimed Ozak AI raised $600,000 and had more than 1,500 Stage 2 investors. Its website now reports a completed community sale and $7.65 million raised; neither statement is independent verification.

A company-submitted announcement published by TechBullion on January 28, 2025, said Ozak AI had raised $600,000 in its presale and that Stage 2 had more than 1,500 investors. Those are historical claims from the announcement, not independently verified fundraising or investor figures. Ozak AI’s website now says its community sale has ended and that it raised $7.65 million; that, too, is a company statement rather than independent confirmation.

What the January 2025 announcement claimed

TechBullion’s January 28, 2025, company-submitted announcement said Ozak AI had raised $600,000 during its presale and that more than 1,500 investors supported phase two. It also said phase two had sold out and phase three had begun.

The announcement reported that more than 64 million $OZ tokens had been sold toward a 200-million-token sale target. It gave $0.003 as the phase-three token price. The announcement does not make these figures independently verified sale records, so they should be read as claims published at that time—not as current sale or price information.

What Ozak AI said it was building

The announcement described a project combining predictive AI, the Ozak Stream Network (OSN), and decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN). It presented finance, healthcare, and logistics as intended application areas and said users would be able to customize AI prediction agents. These were project plans and design claims; the announcement did not establish measured performance or deployment outcomes.

How the 2025 price projections should be read

The announcement named $0.05 as an anticipated listing price and relayed a prediction that $OZ might reach $1 by 2025. Both were promotional projections made in 2025, not verified prices or dependable forecasts. They are not evidence of a current market price, a listing, or a likely return.

It also described a $1 million reward program for 100 winners, with a $100 presale-spend threshold. The reviewed material does not establish whether those rewards were paid. The stated threshold and prize pool should therefore not be treated as evidence of a fulfilled program.

What Ozak AI’s website says now

As accessed on October 8, 2026, Ozak AI’s website describes Eon as an agentic AI platform for market intelligence, portfolio analysis, live signals, and trading execution. The site lists free and paid plans and describes features including market analysis, portfolio metrics, alerts, and non-custodial swaps. These are the company’s product descriptions, not independent findings about product performance.

The site banner states “$OZ Community Sale Ended | $7.65M Raised.” This is a later company statement and differs from the 2025 announcement’s $600,000 figure and phase-three status. The available information does not explain the difference, and the later figure is not independent confirmation of sale receipts. Neither figure establishes the token’s current exchange listing or trading price.

What this means for readers assessing the headline

  • The headline’s $600,000 raise, 1,500-plus investor count, phase status, token-sale totals, and phase prices come from a company-submitted announcement dated January 28, 2025.
  • Ozak AI’s website now says the community sale has ended and reports $7.65 million raised, but this remains a company claim.
  • The reviewed sources do not establish an audited sale statement, investor count, token contract details, or current exchange listing and trading status.

Ozak AI also maintains an affiliate-program page describing an application-based referral program for Eon Premium. It advertises commissions of 20%, 25%, or 30%, a 90-day cookie, and monthly payouts; the page says applicants are reviewed and referrals earn a one-time commission when they subscribe. These are changeable program terms, not evidence about the token or its performance.
