The OSSSC Pharmacist and MPHW(Male) written test under CRE-2023(III) was held on 3 August 2024, so its admit card is now part of a past recruitment stage. Eligible candidates were instructed to download the provisional admission letter online; OSSSC did not send printed letters. The official notices reviewed do not establish the exact date the admission letter became available.
How candidates were instructed to download the admission letter
The detailed OSSSC CRE-2023(III) notice told eligible candidates to sign in to the official website with their User ID and password, then select “Download Admission Letter” under the Applicant Menu. Candidates needed to download the provisional letter before the examination. The notice states: “The Commission will not send any printed Admission letter to any candidate through post or any other mode.” Read the CRE-2023(III) detailed notice.
Using the OSSSC admit-card lookup
The OSSSC applicant portal currently displays a “Download Admit Card” lookup. It asks users to select the post and date of birth, provide one of their registered mobile number, username, or registration number, and complete the captcha. Use the official portal and the registration details associated with your own application: OSSSC admit-card lookup.
What the 2024 exam date means now
OSSSC’s notice for Pharmacist and Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) under Combined Recruitment Examination-2023(III) says the written test was held on 03.08.2024 in CBRT mode. A later notice, dated 26 August 2025, announced provisional written-test results and document-verification screening lists. View the provisional result notice.
The OSSSC results archive also lists the CRE-2023(III) Pharmacist and MPHW(Male) result among its 2025 notices. For any current recruitment step, consult the latest official notice rather than treating the 2024 admit card as a current examination announcement: OSSSC results archive.

The CRE-2023(III) written-exam admission letter for Pharmacist and MPHW(Male) is different from later result or document-verification communications. A separate OSSSC notice dated 23 August 2024 concerned MPHW(F)-2023 Phase-III document-verification screening; it directed provisionally screened candidates to download intimation letters and said hard copies would not be sent. That notice is not the Pharmacist and MPHW(Male) written-exam admit card. View the separate MPHW(F)-2023 notice.
