How to find and check the OSSSC MPHW(F)-2023 result
- Open the OSSSC Results page.
- Find the entry for Multipurpose Health Worker (Female)-2023, listed with a notice date of 25 September 2024. Make sure it is the female MPHW(F)-2023 recruitment, not the separate MPHW (Male) recruitment under CRE-2023(III).
- Open the result notice, or use the official notice PDF directly to review the published lists.
- For your individual result or marks and intimation letter, sign in to the OSSSC portal using your registered user ID and password, then use the relevant result/marks or candidate menu. The notice says intimation letters will not be sent as hardcopies by post.
What the 2024 notice contains
The notice concerns the written test held on 3 December 2023 and the provisional screening stage. It lists four materials: provisionally screened roll numbers, a provisional screening list for document verification, a provisional master merit list, and a list of disqualified candidates.
OSSSC says candidates were provisionally screened at 125% of advertised vacancies for document verification. That is a screening proportion, not the number of appointments. The provisional master merit list was based on written-test marks and, where applicable under the rules, marks awarded to Short-Term COVID-19 Healthcare Workers. District allocation was tied to merit and candidates’ stated district preferences.
What provisional screening means for candidates
Being on the screening list means a candidate is called to the next verification stage; it is not confirmation of appointment. Candidates called for verification were required to appear before the District Level Board at the schedule and venue stated in their individual intimation letters. Check your OSSSC account and letter for those details. The notice warns that failure to attend would result in rejection from further recruitment stages.

The notice also makes clear that candidature remains provisional and that appearing for verification does not secure a job: “Mere participation in the document verification process does not confer any right upon the candidate for appointment.”
