OSSC’s 2024 preliminary-exam admit card for the Junior Enforcement Officer (JEO) and Junior Accountant (JA) recruitment was reported released by 4 December 2024. The reported exam window was 7–11 December 2024; both dates are historical, not a current schedule. For any active recruitment, use the latest notice on the official OSSC website.
How to download the OSSC JEO and Junior Accountant admit card
Scroll’s 4 December 2024 report said the admit card was available. Its earlier report, dated 14 November, said candidates could download it from 2 December. The reports described these steps for the 2024 process:

- Visit the official OSSC website at ossc.gov.in.
- Choose the link for the JEO/JA admit card.
- Sign in using the login details requested on the page. Scroll’s report does not specify the exact credentials required for the 2024 form.
- Open and check the admit card, then download it and print a copy for reference.
The old 2024 link may no longer be active. OSSC’s live admit-card portal currently displays fields for post and date of birth, plus one of registered mobile number, username or registration number, along with captcha fields. Those are the current form’s visible fields, not confirmation of what the 2024 form required. Use the portal’s instructions for the recruitment you are applying to.
What was reported about the 2024 exam
Scroll identified the recruitment as Junior Enforcement Officer and Junior Accountant 2023 under OSSC Advertisement No. 5130/OSSC dated 29.12.2023. In this context, “JA” means Junior Accountant, not Junior Assistant.

Scroll’s 14 November report listed three shifts: 9:00–11:00, 12:30–2:30 and 4:00–6:00. Its 4 December report gave a conflicting first-shift end time of 11:00 pm. Because the reports disagree and the archived OSSC schedule was not available for verification, the first shift’s exact end time is unresolved here. Do not rely on that time without checking the relevant OSSC notice.
Where to check current OSSC admit-card notices
For a current recruitment, start at the OSSC official portal and follow the notice or admit-card link for that specific post. Do not reuse the 2024 exam dates or assume the old JEO/JA download link remains available; schedules and portal links can change.
