How many vacancies were there, and did the total change?
The original 381 count was made up of 380 JE Civil posts and one JMVI post. On 23 December 2024, OSSC issued an addendum identifying itself as an addition of posts and services to Detailed Advertisement No. 1233/OSSC, dated 14 March 2024. The reported online application period was 2 April through 1 May 2024. The correction window closed on 7 May 2024. Both windows are closed; this is a historical recruitment notice, not an open application announcement.

What qualification was listed for Junior Engineer (Civil)?
