Oracle describes WSP Global’s Oracle cloud transformation as an ongoing deployment of Fusion Cloud Applications intended to connect business processes across finance, HR, supply chain and customer experience. WSP has said the platform is improving access to business insights, but Oracle and Infosys have not published a global completion date or quantified WSP-specific results.
What is WSP’s Oracle cloud transformation?
It is a business-platform program to bring information and processes across major corporate functions onto Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Oracle announced the deployment on April 10, 2025, as part of a broader account of engineering and construction companies adopting its applications. That date is the announcement date, not a go-live or completion date.
WSP’s stated need was a new business platform to help increase productivity and efficiency while reducing costs. The intended business value extends beyond replacing software: a more connected platform can support shared processes and give teams better access to information across the company.
Which Oracle applications are involved?
Oracle identified the following products in the Fusion Cloud Applications suite associated with its announcement:
#1 Best Overall
| Application area | What it generally covers | What Oracle’s announcement establishes for WSP |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) | Core financial and operational transactions | Listed in the suite associated with the announcement; the release does not confirm that the module is live at WSP. |
| Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) | Planning, budgeting and performance management | Listed in the suite associated with the announcement; the release does not confirm that the module is live at WSP. |
| Project Management (PPM) | Project planning and management processes | Listed in the suite associated with the announcement; the release does not confirm that the module is live at WSP. |
| Human Capital Management (HCM) | Workforce and human-resources processes | Listed in the suite associated with the announcement; the release does not confirm that the module is live at WSP. |

| Customer Experience (CX) | Customer-facing business processes | Listed in the suite associated with the announcement; the release does not confirm that the module is live at WSP. |
Oracle frames the platform as a way to standardize data and processes across finance, HR, supply chain and customer experience, while providing access to ongoing application updates and AI capabilities. The product list is the suite scope Oracle named, not proof that all six application areas have been deployed or are operating at WSP.
What does WSP say it wants from the platform?
WSP Global CTO Chadi Habib described access to real-time insights and visibility across the business as opportunities offered by the Oracle platform. He said the current deployment had begun advancing business insights and expressed confidence that it would enable more unified, streamlined processes over time. Habib also said the transformation aims to deliver added value for clients.
Rank #2
“The Oracle platform has provided us with the opportunity to enhance our ability to access real-time insights and achieve the visibility we needed across all of our business,” said Chadi Habib, Chief Technology Officer, WSP Global.
These are WSP’s stated goals and early observations, not a published performance report. The Oracle announcement provides no measured change in productivity, cost, efficiency, client outcomes or other WSP-specific result.

What implementation challenges has WSP described?
In an undated interview summary, Infosys says Amit Nagrecha, identified as a Global SVP at WSP, discussed challenges associated with the transformation. The summary names four:
- Delivering across multiple geographies
- Managing multiple implementation phases
- Converting data
- Addressing acquisitions
These are common sources of complexity in a large enterprise rollout: regions may have different operating needs, phased deployments require coordination, converted records must support the new platform, and acquired businesses can add systems or processes to reconcile. Infosys does not provide project-level detail about how WSP handled any one of these challenges or report measured effects.

What implementation advice did Infosys attribute to WSP?
The Infosys interview summary highlights four areas of advice for companies undertaking similar transformations:
- Prepare upfront: identify dependencies and work to be completed before implementation begins.
- Set clear objectives: define what the business needs the program to change or enable.
- Align stakeholders: establish agreement among the people and teams affected by new processes.
- Manage change: plan for how employees and business units will adopt the platform and revised ways of working.
The summary also connects WSP’s “One WSP” philosophy with the goal of consistent service delivery. It does not specify particular rollout methods, dates or internal performance measures.

Is the Oracle transformation complete, and what results has it delivered?
The available published sources do not establish whether WSP’s global rollout is now complete, which regions or application modules are live, or how much data has been migrated. Oracle’s April 10, 2025 announcement describes an ongoing deployment, while the Infosys interview summary is undated and supplies no completion update.
Neither source publishes a quantified WSP-specific business outcome. The evidence supports describing the program’s scope, aims and reported delivery challenges, but not claiming a particular cost saving, productivity gain, implementation date or return on investment.
