When did applications open, and what was the last date?
Hindustan Times reported that registration ran from 12 November through 11 December 2024. Scroll reported a 12 December deadline in its 12 November 2024 announcement and a follow-up published on 12 December. The available reports therefore conflict on the closing date; they do not establish a definitive official deadline. In either account, the application period has ended.

What eligibility did reports give?
Education
