Oprah Winfrey reportedly sold a Montecito property at 1690 San Leandro Lane for $17.2 million, according to Traded. Realtor.com reports a slightly different sale price—$17.27 million—and identifies the buyers as Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo. The reports describe an off-market sale; the underlying public deed was not reviewed, so the figures and buyer identification should be treated as reported details, not independently verified here.
What sold—and what did not
The reported transaction concerns a property associated with Winfrey’s broader Montecito holdings, not a sale of her entire principal estate. Traded identifies the property as 1690 San Leandro Lane, a single-family sale in Montecito, California. Both Traded and Realtor.com describe the transaction as off-market.

Because the reports disagree on the amount and the underlying deed was not reviewed, neither figure should be presented as a deed-verified price. For the same reason, the buyer names are best attributed to Realtor.com rather than treated as independently confirmed here.
The property’s reported features
Traded describes the parcel as four acres, with a 3,500-square-foot main house, multiple guest structures and equestrian facilities. Realtor.com describes the home as Spanish-style and reports that actor Jeff Bridges previously owned it.

Winfrey’s reported purchase and the price difference
Traded and Realtor.com report that Winfrey bought the property from Bridges in 2019 for $6.85 million. Compared with Traded’s reported $17.2 million sale price, that is an arithmetic difference of about $10.35 million. It is not evidence of net profit: renovation expenses, taxes, transaction fees and other costs are not accounted for, and the reported sale amounts themselves differ.
