How OnlineCheckWriter’s check-mailing service works
OnlineCheckWriter says it can print a physical check, put it in an envelope, and send it through USPS or FedEx. This is an alternative to printing and mailing checks in-house. The product page says as many as 40 checks can be combined in one envelope sent to one address.
The company identifies itself as a financial technology provider, not a bank. Its product page says banking services are provided by a partner bank; any FDIC coverage is limited to eligible products and applicable requirements.
What mailing options and prices does it list?
OnlineCheckWriter’s support article lists these mailing prices. They are the provider’s displayed postage prices, not necessarily the full cost of using the service.

Plan charges and per-check service fees are separate, so confirm the current total and the delivery estimate for your destination before depending on a deadline. What the overnight delivery claim does—and does not—establish
OnlineCheckWriter Support says: “FedEx Standard Overnight services (arrives by 3 pm the next business day) for $24.99.” This is the provider’s description of the service. The reviewed material does not independently establish on-time delivery rates, actual end-to-end delivery times, or successful overnight delivery for particular customers. Are there real customer case studies?
The available customer material consists of short testimonials displayed on OnlineCheckWriter’s payroll page. None provides a baseline, timeframe, quantified result, or evidence that the person used overnight check mailing. They should not be read as case studies or independently verified customer outcomes.

- Chansa Catherine says the mobile app came in handy while away from the office.
- Danylo says he uses OnlineCheckWriter daily and is satisfied with the product.

How to decide whether overnight mailing fits
- Check the deadline and destination. Ask OnlineCheckWriter to confirm the current delivery estimate for the specific destination and date; the support page’s next-business-day-by-3-p.m. description is not an independent performance record.
- Choose based on tracking needs. The listed $1.25 First Class option is untracked. The support article says the other listed mailing options include tracking.
- Confirm the complete charge. Ask for the current postage amount plus any applicable plan and per-check fees before approving the mailing.
- Allow for uncertainty. If a late check would create a serious problem, do not rely solely on a provider’s stated delivery window; confirm what alternatives are available for your situation.
Self-printing is a separate option
If you prefer to print checks yourself rather than have OnlineCheckWriter print and mail them, the company says businesses can print on blank check stock with a standard printer. Match the stock format to your printer and intended setup, and confirm your bank’s requirements. Blank stock is not needed for the mailing service, where the provider says it prints the check.
