One Financial Markets is no longer operating as a standalone forex broker. Its services have been consolidated under the Axi brand, and the former One Financial Markets Client Portal and Partner Portal have been deactivated. That changes the answer to almost every practical question about an OFM account: new customers cannot open a current OFM account, and existing clients should not assume that their old login still provides access to trading or withdrawals.
The relevant current service is Axi. For UK clients, that means Axi Financial Services (UK) Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN 466201. This review therefore treats One Financial Markets as a legacy brand and assesses the Axi service that now handles the relationship. (OFM; Axi legal documents)
What happened to One Financial Markets?
Axi agreed to acquire One Financial Markets in August 2018, with the acquisition completed within the Axi group structure in 2019. The businesses have since moved beyond an ownership relationship: OFM’s website now says that its services have been consolidated under Axi. (Axi acquisition announcement; OFM)
In practical terms, there is no current standalone OFM account catalogue, OFM-branded portal or OFM application process to review. Pages that still describe OFM accounts, minimum deposits or leverage may refer to an older offering and should not be treated as current terms.
#1 Best Overall
- BUILT FOR YOUR MARKET, FUTURES, STOCKS, FOREX, OPTIONS & CRYPTO: 4X is a mindset and process journal, not a strategy tool tied to one instrument. The plan, the trade log, the deep dive and the weekly review work the same whether you trade ES, EURUSD, SPY or BTC. Traders use it across all five markets every day.
- THE 2026 EDITION, REBUILT FROM TRADER FEEDBACK: Same trusted system, better in every way. An extra daily page for more room to log the session. Weekly reviews now grouped with each week's trades, so no more flipping back and forth. Crisp, darker print that's easy on the eyes after hours on a screen. A Quick-Start QR that scans straight to step-by-step instructions.
- NOT A NOTEBOOK, A COMPLETE 12-WEEK SYSTEM: Start with a one-time 9-part Trading Plan (your market, setups, risk rules and discipline checklist). Then twelve identical weeks: five Daily Logs, five Deep Dive trade pages, and a two-page Weekly Review. 189 guided pages, roughly 80 trades. Guided prompts walk you through every step. You never stare at a blank page.
- RATE YOUR EXECUTION, NOT YOUR RESULT: Your platform tracks the P&L. Nothing tracks the why. Log energy, sleep and mindset before the open; grade every trade A to F on whether you followed your plan, not on whether it won; then face the pattern every weekend with START / STOP / IMPROVE / CONTINUE. That review habit is the edge. You're 42% more likely to hit a goal you've written down.
- BUILT TO LAST, ARRIVES GIFT-READY: Vegan-leather hardcover, 100gsm bleed-resistant paper, two ribbon markers and an elastic closure band. Bound to lay flat so you're not fighting the spine while you write. 189 pages, 5.75" x 8.5", carries in a bag. Ships in a premium gift box: the gift every trader in your life actually wants.
The current UK legal entity is Axi Financial Services (UK) Limited, company number 6050593. It is registered at 1 Finsbury Market, London, EC2A 2BN, and is regulated by the FCA under FRN 466201. Current contracts and disclosures are published on Axi’s website, including the Client Agreement, Execution Policy, retail CFD product schedule and risk disclosures. (Axi legal documents)
Can former OFM clients simply log in?
No. Former OFM accounts were not automatically migrated to Axi. Axi’s current support guidance says former clients must apply for a new Axi account and complete identity verification. (Axi support)
Anyone with eligible open positions must also submit a position-transfer form. The form requires the former OFM account login and the corresponding new Axi account login, so the process is a transfer between accounts rather than an automatic conversion.
- Apply for a new Axi account.
- Complete Axi’s identity and compliance checks.
- Ask Axi whether your open positions qualify for transfer.
- Submit the position-transfer form with both account details.
- Do not assume that an old OFM password, balance or trading history has transferred until Axi confirms it.
Previous OFM verification may not satisfy Axi’s current requirements. Former clients can therefore be asked for new or additional KYC documents. (Axi support)
Current Axi accounts for UK clients
Axi’s current UK comparison lists two principal accounts. The table below reflects the published comparison, but spreads and commissions should be checked in the application and applicable product schedule before funding an account. (Axi account comparison)
| Feature | Standard | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Setup cost | Free | Free |
| Minimum deposit | £0 | £500 |
| EUR/USD average spread | 0.7 pips | 0.0 pips |
| Gold average spread | 16 cents | 9 cents |
| Commission | None | Published figures vary; confirm the applicable rate |
| Minimum trade size | 0.01 lots | 0.01 lots |
| Maximum retail leverage | Up to 30:1 | Up to 30:1 |
| Base currencies | GBP, EUR, USD | GBP, EUR, USD |
| Products | FX, metals and other commodities, indices and share CFDs | FX, metals and other commodities, indices and share CFDs |
| Platforms | Axi Trading Platform, MT4 and MT5 | MT4 and MT5 |
The EUR/USD and gold figures are average spreads, not guaranteed minimums. Actual pricing can change with the instrument, trade size, volatility and liquidity. Axi’s published material also contains a commission discrepancy: its UK account table currently shows $4.50 round trip for Pro, while its forex page describes $3.50 per lot per side, or $7 round trip. Readers should confirm the figure shown for their jurisdiction and account before trading. (Account comparison; Forex pricing)
Older OFM material commonly quoted a $250 minimum deposit or leverage of up to 500:1. Those figures should not be presented as current UK retail terms. Axi’s UK comparison lists £0 for Standard, £500 for Pro and leverage of up to 30:1 for retail clients. (Axi account comparison)
Platforms and trading tools
The current Axi UK platform menu includes:
- Axi Trading Platform, available through the web and iOS or Android apps;
- MetaTrader 4;
- MT4 WebTrader;
- MetaTrader 5;
- MT5 WebTrader;
- Copy Trading App; and
- trading tools such as VPS and Autochartist plugins.
The Axi Trading Platform advertises more than 450 markets, including forex, share CFDs, ETFs, IPOs, indices and commodities, although availability depends on the client’s region. The UK account comparison lists Expert Advisor compatibility, free VPS access and free Autochartist MT4/MT5 plugins for both account types. (Axi account comparison; Axi Trading Platform)

Useful MT4 paths
For an existing Axi client, the current MT4 download route is:
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
- Select Download MT4 from the main menu.
Within MT4, trade history is accessed through Tools > History Centre. To check the build number, select Help > About. To open a chart, right-click a symbol in Market Watch and select Chart Window, or use the + button on the toolbar. (Axi platform instructions)
Client Portal: accounts, deposits and withdrawals
Managing accounts
In the Axi Client Portal, the Trading Accounts menu contains My Accounts, Open New Account and Financial Statements. Under My Accounts, clients can view active and closed accounts. The Other Options menu includes password updates and statement downloads, while Add Account is used to apply for another sub-account. (Axi support)
Axi distinguishes between newer and long-standing clients. Clients registered from 29 January 2026 onward log in with their email address; clients registered before that date log in with their MT4 details. (Axi account comparison)
How to deposit
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
- Select Funds on the left.
- Select Deposit at the top, or choose Add Funds.
- Select the correct trading account.
- Choose an available payment method and complete the payment flow.
For card payments, the final button may appear as Make Deposit. Some alternative card workflows use Make Payment. Payment methods are displayed according to country and account, so a missing method generally means it is unavailable for that client or region. (Axi deposit guidance)
Deposits must come from a card or account in the client’s own name. Third-party deposits may be returned to the original source. Paying into the wrong MT4 or MT5 account can require an internal transfer and create delays. Some funding methods also require a fully verified account or additional KYC documents. Axi does not facilitate broker-to-broker transfers. (Axi payment guidance; Axi deposit guidance)
How to withdraw
For a bank-transfer withdrawal from an MT4 or MT5 account using Global Money Transfer:
- Log in to the Client Portal.
- Select Funds.
- Select Withdraw.
- Choose the correct trading account and enter the amount.
- Select Global Money Transfer and the currency.
- Click Continue.
- Select the receiving bank account.
- Click Request Withdrawal.
Axi says withdrawal requests normally take one to two business days to review and process. If a request fails, the amount is returned to the account balance and Client Services emails the reason and next steps. Limits depend on the payment method, country, currency, account and region; the applicable limit appears in the Client Portal. (Axi withdrawal guidance)
Execution model and counterparty risk
The former OFM execution policy described OTC trading in which the broker acted as principal, market maker and sole execution venue. Under that model, trades were not executed on an exchange or external venue, and a position opened with the broker had to be closed with the broker. (Former OFM execution policy)
The policy also warned that a displayed price might not be the best price available in the wider market, that volatile conditions could result in worse execution, and that placing an order did not guarantee a trade would be entered. Because that OFM policy is dated 4 April 2025 and the brand has since been consolidated, it should not be treated as the definitive current contract. Prospective Axi clients should read Axi’s current Execution Policy and Client Agreement. (Axi legal documents)
Demo account restrictions
Axi’s current support documentation says demo accounts expire automatically after 30 days and cannot be reactivated after expiry. Clients who open and fund a live account can obtain access to a non-expiring demo account. (Axi support)
There is also an account-specific symbol issue: Pro demo users must trade the relevant forex symbols ending in .pro. Standard symbols are not available under Pro demo conditions. (Axi support)

For UK clients, the relevant regulated entity is Axi Financial Services (UK) Limited, authorised by the FCA. Regulation does not make CFD trading safe or guarantee that a customer will avoid losses; it establishes the legal and conduct framework under which the firm operates. (Axi legal documents)
Axi’s current UK warning states that 71.63% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. This is a time-sensitive statistic, so readers should check the live risk warning rather than rely on older pages quoting 74.3%, 75% or 75.5%. (Axi risk warning)
One Financial Markets/Axi is also not available to US residents. Axi states that it cannot offer accounts to people living in the United States because of regulatory restrictions. A US reader should not treat the former OFM brand as an available route to forex or CFD trading. (Axi support)

| Multiple funding and withdrawal routes may be available | Payment methods, limits and products vary by region |
Who is this service suitable for?
For a new UK customer, the relevant choice is between Axi’s Standard and Pro accounts, not between old OFM account types. Standard may be the simpler option for someone who wants no stated minimum deposit and no separate commission. Pro may appeal to an active trader who values a tighter quoted spread and can meet the £500 minimum, but the all-in cost must include the applicable commission.

The Bottom Line
One Financial Markets should not be reviewed as an active standalone broker. It is now a legacy brand consolidated into Axi. New UK customers are dealing with Axi Financial Services (UK) Limited, whose current offering includes Standard and Pro accounts, MT4/MT5 and the Axi Trading Platform, with retail leverage of up to 30:1.
Former OFM clients face a more complicated process: they must open and verify a new Axi account, and open positions require a separate transfer request. Anyone considering the service should confirm the current commission, product schedule, execution policy, funding options and CFD risk warning before committing money. US residents cannot open an account through this relationship.
