The exams were scheduled for 29 and 30 August and 6 and 7 September 2025; those dates have passed. The NITTT home page displayed 2026 semester information when accessed on 8 October 2026, so this is a historical update, not a current admit-card release.
How to access the NITTT admit-card portal
The NTA-hosted NITTT admit-card portal asks candidates for their registration number and date of birth to view and download a card. The page requires JavaScript, so its form may not appear in text-only or JavaScript-disabled browsers. Because the April–May 2025 session is over, the portal’s current availability of archived cards is not established.

For a future or current session, use the official NITTT/NTA site rather than third-party download pages and follow the instructions for that session. The 2025 notice advised candidates to check official sites for updates; it also listed help-desk contacts for that exam, but their current status is not verified here.
2025 exam dates, shifts and format
NTA scheduled the April–May 2025 semester examination over four dates, with two shifts on each exam day.

Each test was scheduled for 120 minutes and comprised 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions. It was an online, internet-based remote-proctored examination conducted in English only. It was not an exam-centre sitting.
Remote-proctoring rules in the 2025 notice
NTA said human proctors could monitor candidates’ movements and screens. A proctor could use chat to ask a candidate to turn the laptop or webcam and show the surroundings. The notice warned that repeated failure to follow instructions could result in termination, so candidates were told to watch the chat window.

- Paper or sheets for notes and rough work were prohibited.
- The notice permitted the admit card, valid identity proof and drinking water in a transparent water bottle.
- The notice did not specify a computer minimum specification, mandate a separate webcam, or name a required browser or device model.
It also scheduled a webinar for 25 August 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and a mock test for 26 August, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Those events have passed; the notice said specific details would be shared through admit cards and registered-email messages.

NTA describes the National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training (NITTT) as in-service training for inductee teachers in AICTE-approved institutions. Its 2025 notice said assessment included continuous assignments and a final internet-based remote-proctored exam. It stated that successful completion of all phases within three years is required for probation confirmation and promotion eligibility.
