A reliable current figure for Nick Candy’s net worth is not established by the available public reporting. The clearest recent headline number is Providence House, his Chelsea residence, which was reported sold in 2026 for £275 million. That is the reported price of one property—not a calculation of Candy’s personal wealth.

Is Nick Candy’s net worth publicly known?

No verified current net-worth estimate with a disclosed methodology appears in the sources reviewed. A personal net-worth calculation would require a fuller picture of Candy’s assets, ownership stakes, debts, taxes and other liabilities. The reported sale price of a home cannot supply that information on its own.

What does the £275 million Providence House sale tell us?

The Guardian reported on April 2, 2026, that Providence House in Chelsea had sold for a reported £275 million, describing the deal as believed to be the most expensive London sale on record. Candy declined to comment to the newspaper. Bloomberg reported on April 15, 2026, that Suneil Setiya, co-founder of Quadrature Capital, was the buyer, citing people familiar with the transaction; Bloomberg said the home had not been formally marketed. The Guardian’s report and Bloomberg’s report describe the transaction at different dates and with different headline figures.

A sale price is not personal wealth

The Guardian reported that Land Registry records named Providence House LLP as the owner, describing it as a partnership controlled by Candy, with Holly Valance also a member. It also reported a bank charge registered against the title with First Abu Dhabi Bank. The reporting does not establish Candy’s ownership share, the amount of any debt settled, transaction costs, taxes, or his net proceeds. Accordingly, neither £275 million nor the different headline figure in Bloomberg should be treated as money received by Candy or as his net worth.

What other property figures have been reported?

The Guardian also reported that Candy had been trying to sell a One Hyde Park penthouse at an asking price of £175 million. It described other reported property interests, including a Los Angeles mansion, Mayfair offices and a Chelsea townhouse held through a Guernsey company. These reports do not provide verified current valuations of Candy’s net assets.

  • Providence House: a reported completed sale price, not a personal net-worth estimate.
  • One Hyde Park penthouse: a reported asking price, not evidence of a completed sale or realized value.
  • Other properties: reported interests, with no verified current asset values or net equity established in the reporting cited here.

The Marque profile describes the Chelsea residence’s sale value as more than US$350 million. That is its dollar-denominated description of the same residence sale, not a separate transaction or a net-worth calculation. The Marque profile also describes Candy’s business interests but does not provide an audited personal balance sheet.

How did Nick Candy build his wealth?

Public profiles associate Candy’s wealth with property and investment businesses. The Marque describes him as CEO of Candy Capital and lists interests spanning real estate, design, technology and natural resources, including Candy London, Candy Ventures, Metals Exploration and Wild Idol. Those are profile-supplied descriptions of roles and businesses, not valuations of Candy’s personal stakes or evidence of what they are worth today.

Without disclosed ownership percentages, company valuations and liabilities, the available information supports a broad description of business activity—not a defensible total for his wealth.

Is Nick Candy a billionaire?

The sources cited here do not establish that he is, or that he is not. A high-value property sale and reports of other property or business interests do not settle the question: they do not show his total assets net of debts, or what portion belongs to him personally. No comparable, methodologically disclosed estimate is available in this reporting to support a definitive answer.
