How candidates were told to download the hall ticket
The 2022 reports directed registered candidates to NBCC’s website or the linked registration portal. Their historical instructions were to sign in, open the admit-card link, download the card, and print it.
- Open the NBCC website or linked registration portal specified in the 2022 instructions.
- Sign in using the email address, phone number, or candidate ID and password, as described in the historical reports.
- Open the admit-card link and download the applicable card.
- Print the card for the examination.
These are the directions reported in 2022, not verified instructions for retrieving an old card today. NBCC’s current Download Admit Card page asks for a registration number and date of birth and identifies the page as developed by NBCC’s IT Division. It is a generic current portal; its availability does not establish that the 2022 Junior Engineer card can still be retrieved.

Which recruitment did the notice cover?
The notice concerned NBCC (India) Limited recruitment for Junior Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Electrical), Advertisement No. 06/2022. Scroll reported 80 Junior Engineer vacancies in total: 60 Civil and 20 Electrical. The NBCC archival listing reviewed here does not independently show that vacancy breakdown, so those figures should be understood as Scroll’s 2022 reporting rather than as details confirmed by the archive.
This was NBCC’s recruitment, not an SSC Junior Engineer examination or another organization’s similarly named test. For the official archival record, use NBCC’s expired-jobs career archive.
