There is no exact current net-worth figure established by Nancy Pelosi’s official financial disclosures. Her latest annual report, for 2025 and filed May 15, 2026, lists assets in broad value ranges; it is not a precise balance sheet. Any single-dollar figure presented as her net worth should therefore be treated as an estimate, not an official total.
What is Nancy Pelosi’s net worth?
The official records reviewed do not establish a verified net-worth total for Pelosi. Her 2025 disclosure reports selected financial information in value bands, and the reporting rules allow some assets and liabilities to be excluded. Those records can show the scale and categories of reported holdings, but they do not support a precise calculation of everything she owns minus everything she owes.
The Office of the Clerk describes these filings as containing information about the “source, type, amount, or value” of income for covered House members and other filers. They are financial disclosures, not official net-worth statements. House financial disclosure reports
What Pelosi’s latest filing reports
The latest annual report identified in the official records is Pelosi’s filing for 2025, Filing ID 10075701. It was filed May 15, 2026. The listed figures are ranges, not exact appraisals, and the filing identifies ownership codes for individual assets; some items may be jointly held or attributed to a spouse rather than solely owned by Pelosi.

| Reported item | Value band shown | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Home and vineyard | $5,000,001–$25,000,000 | A filing category, not a precise market valuation |
| Two commercial properties | $5,000,001–$25,000,000 each | Each property is shown in this broad band |
| Some stock or partnership holdings | $1,000,001–$5,000,000 | Examples of reported investment-holding bands |
These amounts describe reported asset values, not income or gains. The filing separates asset value from income received, and it does not establish that the listed value is cash available to Pelosi. 2025 House filing
Why the disclosures do not produce an exact net-worth number
Values are reported in broad ranges
A range does not reveal an asset’s exact value. Choosing the lower end, midpoint, or upper end for every band would produce different totals, and the official filing does not endorse any one calculation method.

Disclosures are not necessarily a complete balance sheet
House Ethics Committee guidance explains that annual reports generally cover outside compensation, holdings, business transactions, and liabilities for the prior calendar year, subject to reporting thresholds and exclusions. Certain residence-secured loans and some liabilities involving relatives, for example, need not be listed. As a result, the reports may omit information that would matter in a full assets-minus-debts calculation. House Ethics Committee financial disclosure guidance
Ownership and income require care
Some reported holdings may be joint or spouse-attributed, so it is inaccurate to assume every listed asset belongs to Pelosi alone. Income received from an asset is also different from its reported value. Neither an asset band nor an income entry, on its own, is a net-worth figure.

How to assess a published estimate
Outside estimates may differ because their authors make different choices about the filing ranges and what to include. Before relying on a number, check:
- Whether it uses the latest filing period, rather than an older report.
- Whether it uses the bottom, midpoint, or top of each disclosed value range.
- How it treats jointly held or spouse-attributed property and investments.
- Which assets or liabilities may be omitted under disclosure rules.
- Whether it clearly labels its result as an estimate and explains its method.
Without those assumptions, a precise-looking figure can imply more certainty than the disclosures provide.

Why stock transaction reports are not net-worth reports
A periodic transaction report covers reportable purchases, sales, or exchanges and records transaction amounts in ranges. It is not a full inventory of wealth and does not, by itself, establish profit, loss, or net worth. A transaction amount should not be mistaken for the value of a current holding or for a change in total wealth. House periodic transaction reports
For context, Pelosi’s 2024 annual report was filed May 15, 2025 and also reported holdings in ranges, separate from income received. It is a prior-year filing example, not a complete annual net-worth series. 2024 House annual report
