What happened to MYER one Additional Cardholders?
Myer’s notice said that from 5 August 2025, MYER one would move to single-member accounts and would no longer have Additional Cardholders. Existing Additional Cardholder details were to be deleted from the primary cardholder’s account, and an online Myer account belonging to an Additional Cardholder was also to be deleted on that date. Myer’s notice described an account-structure change, not the closure of MYER one.
Myer said the change would “support future program enhancements, allowing us to reward all members and further personalise the member experience.” That is the company’s stated rationale; the notice does not establish that the change has produced those outcomes.
Did Myer cancel MYER one?
No. Myer’s current program information continues to describe MYER one as a points-and-rewards program with individual member accounts, tiers, app access and partner earning options. A member’s Myer online account has its own MYER one number, and accounts belonging to different numbers can no longer be linked, according to Myer’s current FAQ.

In its 24 March 2026 investor presentation, Myer reported that the revamped program relaunched in October 2025 and had 5.1 million active members, compared with 4.7 million in FY25. How do MYER one points and rewards work?
Earning at Myer Group retailers
Myer says members earn two MYER one Points per eligible dollar spent at Myer Group retailers. Its FAQ lists Myer, Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Portmans, MARCS and David Lawrence. Each 1,000 points earned within a Program Quarter converts to a $10 MYER one Reward. Check the program details for eligibility and current terms.

Other earning routes
Myer also describes card-linked Earn Partners, Affiliate Partners and transfers from CommBank Yello. Partner rates and conditions vary. The stated transfer rate is two CommBank Yello Points for one MYER one Point; MYER one Points cannot be transferred back to CommBank Yello. Consult the FAQ and partner terms for current availability and conditions.
For card-linked earning, Myer says members can link up to five eligible Visa or Mastercard cards and must pay with a linked card at a participating partner. Points cannot be added retrospectively if the linked card was not used. Myer states that from 1 July 2026, eftpos debit cards could no longer be linked and Visa or Mastercard debit transactions routed through the eftpos debit network stopped earning points, following eftpos’s discontinuation of a transaction and card-matching data service. Card routing, participating partners, terms and processing times can change; check Myer’s latest card-linked earning information before relying on a particular payment method.

What are the current MYER one tiers?
Myer’s current FAQ says the membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March. Tier qualification is based on spend at Myer Group retailers; partner spend and CommBank Yello points transferred to MYER one do not count toward tier spend.

What the change means for members
Since the change, MYER one membership is individual: an account no longer has an Additional Cardholder sharing its access. Members can still earn points through the program’s stated retailer and partner routes, subject to their terms. Myer’s March 2026 investor presentation also reported expanded loyalty partnerships with CommBank, Velocity, JD Sports and The DOM; that dated company-reported list is not a guarantee that a particular offer is currently available. Confirm live terms directly with Myer and the relevant partner.
