The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) declared the Rajyaseva, or State Services, Main Examination 2021 result on June 1, 2022, according to Scroll’s report published that day. Candidates can consult the official MPSC result PDF to check their roll number or name. The PDF’s candidate entries and cut-offs should be confirmed directly in the commission document.
How to check the MPSC Rajyaseva Mains merit list
- Open the MPSC-hosted result PDF.
- Use your PDF viewer’s search function to look for your roll number. If needed, search your name as well, then verify the full entry in context.
- Check the document itself for any result, recommendation-list, or cut-off details relevant to your case. Do not rely on a matching name alone if the PDF includes additional identifying information.
The document is hosted on the MPSC website. Its contents are not reproduced here, so candidate names, roll numbers, cut-offs, and recommendation details should be checked in the official PDF.

What is known about the 2021 result
Scroll reported on June 1, 2022, that the MPSC had declared the State Services Main Examination 2021 result. It said the Mains examination was held on May 7, 8, and 9, 2022, and that 6,567 candidates had qualified to appear for Mains. Scroll also identified Chougule Pramod Balaso as the top scorer and reported 290 vacancies across state-government posts. These figures and the named result detail are attributed to Scroll’s report, rather than independently confirmed here from the official result document. Read Scroll’s June 1, 2022 report.
Be alert to a label mismatch
Scroll’s report is headed as a 2021 Mains result, but its instructions refer to “State Services Main Examination 2020-Final Result cum Recommendation List”; the steps also call it “MPSC Mains result 2022.” Because these labels do not align, rely on the MPSC PDF and relevant commission notices to establish exactly which result or recommendation-list version a document represents. The official PDF is named “Adv. No. 041/2021 Result Roll Number PDF,” but its contents should be inspected directly before drawing conclusions from the filename.

Final list and cut-offs
Scroll reported that a final recommendation list and cut-offs were released and linked to an MPSC-hosted result PDF. Since the PDF’s candidate-level contents could not be verified here, consult the commission document for the actual list and figures rather than relying on an unverified reproduction.
