The reported recruitment included 60 State Service Examination (SSE) vacancies and 14 State Forest Service (SFS) vacancies.
How to check the MPPSC SSE/SFS Prelims result 2024
The result is published as a PDF. Use the Commission’s website to locate the relevant SSE or SFS result notice; avoid relying on an unverified third-party download link.
- Open the MPPSC website at mppsc.mp.gov.in.
- Find the result or examination notice for the State Service and State Forest Service Preliminary Examination 2024.
- Open the PDF for the examination you took and search the document for your roll number. On most devices, use the browser or PDF reader’s Find function.
- Download or save the PDF for your records, and follow the Commission’s notice for the next stage.
A roll number listed in the result PDF indicates qualification for the Mains examination, as reported by News9. Check the Commission’s notice for the applicable instructions and schedule.
Cut off: check the notice for your examination
The result announcement included separate cut off notices for SSE and SFS, so candidates should use the notice for their own examination. A secondary report gives category figures, but does not establish a complete, reliably attributed set of separate SSE and SFS cut offs. Those figures should not be treated as official or used to compare the two examinations without checking the Commission’s original notices. No complete verified cut off table is available here.

Where to find the final answer key
MPPSC also released a combined “State Service and State Forest Service Preliminary Exam-2024 Final Answer Key.” The PDF contains answers arranged by paper and set. Open the final answer key linked from the Commission’s examination notices and make sure you consult the entries for your paper and set.

The preliminary examination took place on 23 June 2024. Scroll reported 74 vacancies in total: 60 for SSE and 14 for SFS. These are recruitment vacancy figures, not the number of candidates who qualified.
