The Madhya Pradesh High Court advertised 45 Junior Judicial Translator posts in 2024, but applications closed on 30 September 2024 and the fee-payment deadline was 3 October 2024. This is a historical recruitment notice, not an open vacancy. Official notices record a preliminary examination on 5 December 2024 and later result and main-examination updates; the available official records do not establish final appointments for every post.

What was the MPHC Junior Judicial Translator recruitment?

The High Court of Madhya Pradesh issued its advertisement for 45 Junior Judicial Translator (High Court) posts on 18 September 2024. Online registration and applications ran from 18 September through 30 September 2024. Candidates could pay the application fee through 3 October 2024. Those dates are from the High Court’s 2024 advertisement; both deadlines have passed.

Eligibility and pay stated in the 2024 advertisement

The advertisement set out these requirements and terms for that recruitment cycle. They should not be treated as confirmation of current eligibility rules or current pay for any later vacancy.

  • Education and skills: A law degree, knowledge of English and Hindi, and knowledge of computer applications.
  • Age: 18–35 years as of 1 January 2024, subject to the rules and relaxations specified in the advertisement.
  • Pay scale: ₹9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay ₹3,600, as printed in the 2024 advertisement.

Preliminary examination pattern and syllabus

The 2024 advertisement specified a preliminary examination of 100 questions for 100 marks, with a duration of two hours. The listed syllabus included:

  • English grammar and vocabulary
  • Maxims, legal terminology, proverbs and quotations
  • Computer knowledge
  • General knowledge

These details are from the official advertisement.

What happened after applications closed?

The High Court’s official notices document later stages of the recruitment, including the preliminary examination and subsequent progression notices. The High Court’s 25 February 2025 preliminary-examination result notification states that the exam was held on 5 December 2024 and provides category-wise results and progression information.

The High Court’s Recruitment / Result listing records a preliminary-examination notice dated 13 November 2024, the result notification dated 25 February 2025, and main-examination eligibility notices from March 2025. The High Court’s July–December 2024 activity report also records the online examination for these 45 posts on 5 December 2024. These milestones show that the selection process continued after the application period, but they do not establish the final appointment status for every advertised post.
