What the 36% deal actually covered
The February 11, 2026 Phandroid deal article described the MOFT Snap-on Phone Stand & Wallet MOVAS at $25.49 on Amazon and called it 36% off. That percentage implies a reference price of roughly $39.99; it does not establish that the offer remains available or that every version was discounted. Phandroid’s dated deal article is evidence of the earlier promotion, not a current checkout quote.
MOFT’s official pages surfaced with conflicting prices, so select the exact version and confirm the price on the live product page. One page shows $49.99 and a 15% offer when buying two or more back-to-school items; another page variant shows $29.99 for the standard wallet and $49.99 for the trackable version. What the MOFT wallet stand does
The Snap-on Phone Stand & Wallet combines a magnetic card holder with a foldable stand and grip. MOFT lists portrait, landscape, and floating viewing modes. Those positions can help keep a phone visible for video calls, recipes, reading, or watching videos, while the folded accessory can give your fingers another way to hold the phone.
MOFT lists the standard stand at 0.23 inches thick and 2.1 ounces (60 grams). Its trackable version is listed at 0.25 inches and 2.1 ounces (62 grams). These are MOFT specifications, not independent measurements. The stand’s stability depends on the phone and case, orientation, surface, and wallet load; it should not be treated as a universal or high-security kickstand.

Pay more for this version if locating a misplaced wallet through Apple Find My is useful to you. MOFT lists support for Find My, up to two cards, a 0.25-inch thickness, and a weight of 2.1 ounces (62 grams). MOFT says one wireless charge provides approximately six months of use; that is the company’s claim, and the tracking system needs periodic recharging. The trackable version is not a way to charge the phone through the wallet. Detach the wallet before placing the phone on a MagSafe or Qi-compatible charger; recharge the trackable wallet separately when needed. The cited MOFT page does not establish phone charging through the attached wallet.
Check phone, case, and cards before ordering
This is a MagSafe accessory, designed for MagSafe-compatible iPhones and accessories. The historical deal coverage described support for iPhone 12 and newer, but model generation alone is not a guarantee: confirm MagSafe support for your phone. A non-MagSafe phone generally needs a MagSafe-compatible case or magnetic adapter, and case thickness, material, and magnet layout can affect attachment. It is not automatically compatible with every Android phone.

- Card capacity: MOFT specifies up to two cards. Overloading it may make folding more difficult or leave cards less secure.
- Magnetic-stripe cards: MOFT warns that magnets may interfere with magnetic stripes. Do not assume every card is unaffected; consult the MOFT US product page for the company’s caution.
- Attachment security: MOFT says this magnetic wallet is not as secure as its adhesive MOFT X stand and advises against shaking the phone. A magnetic wallet is not a substitute for a secure grip or lanyard during vigorous movement.
- Wireless charging: Plan to remove the accessory before charging the phone wirelessly.

Is it good value against alternatives?
At the historical $25.49 sale price—or near the $29.99 price shown for some standard-model page variants—the MOFT can make sense if you will use its stand and carry no more than two cards. At $49.99, the standard version is harder to justify unless its stand-and-wallet format is especially valuable to you; the same price is easier to consider for the Find My model if tracking is worth paying for. Do not assume the old $25.49 price is still available.
For context, Phandroid’s February 2026 article cited Apple’s MagSafe Wallet at $59 and described it as a wallet without a built-in stand. That is a historical comparison, not a verified current Apple price. Apple’s current buying area is Apple MagSafe accessories. Apple may suit buyers who prefer its ecosystem and a simple wallet, while MOFT’s distinguishing feature is the fold-out stand.

Other choices require checking their exact current model rather than comparing brand names alone. ESR offers magnetic wallet-stand products to compare by card capacity, hinge design, tracking, thickness, and charging behavior; a mechanical hinge can add bulk and another wear point, a general design trade-off rather than a verified test of a specific model. Scosche announced a $44.99 MSRP for its FoundIT Wallet+ in a CES 2026 press release, but current availability and selling price are not established here. MOFT’s own trackable model is the most direct choice if Find My is the feature you want.
