Michael Strahan’s Brentwood mansion is reported to be asking $25 million, down from an original asking price of $29.95 million. The difference is $4.95 million, commonly rounded to a $5 million cut. That is a change in the asking price—not confirmation of a sale or of the home’s current listing status.
What is the reported asking price?
Brentwood News reports the home at $25 million after an initial $29.95 million ask. Mansion Global reports the same two figures. The arithmetic reduction is $4.95 million; the “$5 million” description rounds that amount. These are reported asking prices, not a sale price or an independent valuation. What is known about the property?
The residence is on Tigertail Road in Brentwood, Los Angeles. Brentwood News describes it as a nine-bedroom home of about 15,600 square feet on approximately one acre, purchased by Strahan in 2015 for $21.5 million, shortly after construction was completed. Those details are figures reported by the outlet, not independently verified deed or listing records. Brentwood News

Does the price cut mean the home sold?
No. A reduction in an asking price does not establish that a transaction occurred, what a buyer offered, or what the property is worth. The reporting cited here does not verify whether the home remains actively listed or has sold as of October 8, 2026, so $25 million should be treated as a reported asking-price figure rather than a confirmed current listing.

Brentwood News displays conflicting date information: its page header says August 31, 2026, while the article body says January 18, 2026. Because those labels do not agree, an exact publication date cannot be stated confidently. Mansion Global reports the same asking-price figures, but its publication year is not independently established here. Brentwood News · Mansion Global
