What MEXC announced
MEXC’s event announcement, published December 24, 2025, said the event opened at 10:00 UTC that day and would run “until further notice.” It listed a seven-day staking duration and an estimated 20% APR for both ETH and SOL. A MEXC press release dated December 26, 2025 repeated those terms.
The 20% figure is the promotion’s estimated APR, not a guaranteed rate or an independently verified realized return. The announcements do not provide independently attributable figures for actual user returns, pool size, or participation outcomes.

Is the 20% APR offer still available?
The announcement’s “until further notice” wording does not establish that enrollment remains open now. MEXC also said the event could end early if its pool became fully subscribed and reserved the right to modify the terms without prior notice. Check the official event page for live status and the terms that apply before committing assets.
Eligibility and what happens to staked assets
The event page required participants to complete Primary KYC Verification. It also said staked assets are frozen during the staking period and cannot be traded, transferred, withdrawn, or unlocked before redemption. In practical terms, the stated seven-day duration is not an invitation to exit early: the announced terms do not allow early access to those assets.

What to consider before participating
An estimated APR should not be treated as a guaranteed return. MEXC’s press release cautioned that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and urged investors to assess market fluctuations, project fundamentals, and potential financial risks before making trading decisions. Consider whether you can accept the lock-up and the risks of holding the selected asset for the duration, and review the live terms before enrolling.
