What is Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City?
It is a planned residential masterplan by Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz—not one Mercedes-Benz skyscraper. Binghatti’s launch announcement, dated 15 January 2026, describes 12 architecturally synchronized towers, including a signature Vision Iconic tower, to be delivered in three phases. Where is the development?

What homes and amenities are planned?
According to the launch announcement, the wider development is planned to include studios through three-bedroom homes. The Vision Iconic tower is described as offering four- and five-bedroom residences. Binghatti also announced a Grand Promenade with 12 curated experiences and 12 sports clubs. What prices and payment terms does Binghatti display?

Is this the earlier Mercedes-Benz Places tower?
No. The earlier Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti is a separate, single residential tower in Downtown Dubai. Binghatti’s factsheet describes that building as 341 metres tall with 65 floors. Has construction started, and when will it be completed?
The official launch announcement and project page cited here do not state a current construction milestone or handover date. The three phases are a planned delivery structure, not a completion schedule. Buyers should seek current written timing and project documentation from the developer rather than infer a date from the launch announcement.

Before paying or signing, ask the developer or a qualified local property professional to confirm the specific unit’s availability, price, fees, contractual payment dates, completion and handover terms, and applicable purchase requirements. The announcement provides no independent evidence about rental demand, investment returns, or future price appreciation, so its scale and branding should not be treated as proof of likely returns.
