Could the public buy the jam?
The reporting does not establish that the American Riviera Orchard jars were offered for public sale or remain available. A jar described as strawberry jam elsewhere should not be treated as the same branded product.

In February 2025, the Associated Press reported that American Riviera Orchard had been renamed As Ever. AP said Meghan explained that the original name felt limiting for a broader range of goods, and quoted her: “Of course there will be fruit preserves.” That statement concerns the later brand’s intended range; it does not establish current stock or prove that the 2024 jar was sold.
